I shop and have shopped at many home supply stores NO STORE, not even other Home Depot stores come close to the service I get in Monroe, Ga. I have been known to drive extra miles to shop at this store to keep from going to the blue box.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and polite. I was able to get the help I needed to get my job done quick and efficiently.

Garden and lumber were unorganized and messy, rest of store good condition.

There was no associates available in the lumber department at all. I looked for 20 mins between the restrooms and the hardware isle. The cashier was great but the departments NEED HELP!!!!

Associate Onweta Knox helped me with my list and knocked it out, hope the other employees are as knowledgeable and experienced, great guy.

I continue to visit Home Depot because they always have everything that I need for home renovations, home decor and their service is impeccable! Additionally, I like that they give Veterans like myself, a military discount and 6 months or 12 months to pay off with no interest. Thank you HomeDepot!

Brent and Steven helped us to load sheets of plywood onto our cart and then onto our trailer. They were friendly, cheerful and willing. Great guys! A huge thank you to them as they saved my husband's back by doing all the loading for us.

My husband and I had purchased a John Deere lawnmower from this store and after a few cuts in our yard the mower wouldn't run. We sent it out for repairs. When we received the mower back we cut with it one time and it completely stopped running again. We then contacted The Home Depot in Monroe, GA. where we purchased the mower. We spoke with the manager, Teresa T. She completely understood our problem and our complaint. She wanted to stand behind the John Deere name and take care of her customer at the same time. Ms. Teresa allowed us to return the bad mower and upgraded us to a bigger mower as long as we purchased the extended warranty. We want to thank Ms. Teresa for her excellent customer service and for putting her customers needs above her own. We will not hesitate to shop there in the future!! It is good to know that there is still people out there who try to do the right thing and help others. Thank you Ms. Teresa and thank you to your customer service associate, Lori who helped us on those occasions as well! You both made this experience as pleasant as possible! Merry Christmas!! Great help from Jennifer F. took time to help me get my credit card bill paid, associate at customer service was no help.

I needed one auxiliary item that was required but did not know it until I was at home ready to install.

We have purchased our Christmas tree from this particular Home Depot for the past 5 years simply for the fact that the trees are long lasting and a great value. We have bought some of the fullest trees that with the softest and greenest needles that have outlasted those more expensive trees that can be found in those little tree lots and those more expensive landscape stores. What continues to draw us to Home Depot in Monroe is for our hunt for that perfect tree is the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales associates. This year we had three associates that not only assisted us in the hunt, but quickly become like family. So, if you are looking for that perfect tree go see Terron, Chaise, and Felicia at the Monroe Home Depot store. They will make you feel like family.

store clerk was extremely helpful in the paint department and the check was smooth and quick
