I worked with 2 different associates in appliances. One a couple of weeks prior to the purchase and another during the purchase. I purchased a freezer and a refrigerator and probably would have postponed until next year if I wasn't made aware of financing options and upcoming discounts on appliances. Both were patient and answered al the questions I had at the time.

We went to buy paint. We were confused on how much we needed. The associate was able to help us out on quantity required. He also provided us with additional items to make our project easier.

The store is clean and the people that work there are helpful. The items I was looking for were in the same store and I did not have to go to a different store to find them. The ease of finding thing is great and if you don`t know where to find it someone will help you.

I have visited Home Depot in Monroe, Ga many times. Every experience there has been a good one. I'm like a kid in a candy store every time I go and the staff always seems glad to see you. I look forward to my next project so I can grab my coffee and head back up there.

Almost every time I have a good experience at this store, I am able to get in and get out with, without a problem. The few times I have had problems it has always been with the product not the people.

The associates in appliances tackled my problem head on. They worked hand in hand with me calling the warranty departments, of Home Depot and Frigidaire. When Frigidaire did not give them or me satisfaction, they refunded me the full cost of the appliance, even after a year. Then sold me a better unit for just a few dollars more. Ms. V. and James went out of their ways to solve the problem.

Associates at this store always go above and beyond to help. They will help with any project and try to give better ideas, and help you find the products you need and even make it cheaper if possible. I get into lots of different projects around my house from home improvements to gardening, and Home Depot is alway there to help. They even try to help you make up your mind when you can't make a decision like I can be some times. They are awesome.

Thank you so much Caleb for not only helping me to decide on a spreader, but for PUTTING IT TOGETHER FOR ME!!!! You went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated! You are a credit to Home Depot and I hope that they appreciate you as much as I do!

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HAVE A YOUNG MAN READY TO HELP ME LOAD THE BAGS OF MULCH I PURCHASED. TWO OTHER ASSOCIATES HELPED HIM WITHOUT HESITATION, SO I WAS ABLE TO GO ON MY WAY QUICKLY, AND WITHOUT HAVING TO DO ANY HEAVY LIFTING. ALL THREE MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL MAKE SURE TO GET ALL OF MY LAWN AND GARDEN ITEMS AT THE MONROE, HOME DEPOT.

Store Associates in Paint and Flooring have been very helpful in our projects.

They had the Ryobi attachment that I wanted. However, their on-line site for the store said 2 were in stock but I only found one there. The employees are very helpful if you need assistance.

This store has everything and more. It's very clean, and the employees who work in there make's the shopping experience well worth it. My husband goes in the store all the time for things he needs immediately.

I need to color match paint and all I had was a picture and they got them both perfect.

This store needs a lot of changes as in the past after shopping at this location it is never a really good fun experience doing my business here.This store does not seemed to be managed well especially in there employee manner wise.

I have very much enjoyed working, as a partnership, with the contractor specialty desk of the Monroe, Georgia Home Depot. Mark has been very supportive to our staff and our company. He provides continuous assistance and helps to make our company successful. Please encourage the Home Depot Staff to continue the wonderful service.

Chase and Jennifer, in the lawn and garden area, provided excellent customer service while I was in the store. Chase walked us back to the product we were looking for, loaded it on a cart and unloaded into our vehicle. He was personable and a pleasure to work with while we were there. Jennifer was friendly and answered any questions we had upon arrival and then at check out. I'm looking forward to seeing them the next time I'm in the store.

I love shoppping at this Home Depot....it is so close to my house and I can get things I need quickly.

Didn't find products i was looking for in the garden center, as I was looking an associate suggested something else. Which worked out great.

The store has a very large range of products. I entered looking to purchase one item and found several that I needed.

I came straight in through the nursery, looking for a big pot and a few new succulents. Jennifer immediately helped me find what I was looking for, and also directed me to the soil I would need. She was very friendly and enthusiastic about helping me, and we also bonded a little bit over a series we both watch. I enjoyed having her help me. There are many businesses in Monroe that are less than impressive, as far as customer service goes, but this was a wonderfully pleasant experience.

My wait time to be checked out was very short-I was out of the store in no time! Every was nice and helpful.
