Love this store.

Everyone was very helpful no matter what department I was in. The store is very organized so you could find your way around. Everyone was friendly.

The staff, for the most part, are friendly. For the best service go the pro desk. They know the products and how to take care of the customers. Tell Rico, Jay, Kristen and Sylvia they are the best!

Your restrooms are very clean. Keep up the good work in that area. Be sure to keep the piled up snow out of the handicap lanes as I am handicapped. Do your external video cameras really work or is it for show??

Store was well stocked. Employee were friendly. However materials were expensive compare to competitors. Should provide some discount for bulk purchase.

Not good customer service

Absolutely the best customer experience every time we go. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Good product choices in store as well as great assistance in ordering. Other stores closer but service no where near as good.

On 5-29-18, I was in the middle of cooking a beautiful New York strip steak on my grille, when... you guessed it, the propane ran out. I quickly hurried over to the Home Depot, but was met by a cashier who told me that the store was completely out of propane. As I walked back to my car, a young man named Ryan came running out of the store and asked if I would mind waiting while he checked in the back of the store. About a minute later, Ryan came smiling around the corner with a fresh tank of propane. It's not often you find employees who go above and beyond to help a customer, but it is greatly appreciated when you do.

Friendly staff, helpful, if they can't answer a questionthey will find someone who can.

Great store. I was in and out in a flash. Had a friendly employee take me right to what I needed. Check out was quick, for a Saturday morning.

Dean Hammel at the Montgomeryville Home Depot went out of his way to help design my kitchen counter top. I was very impressed with his suggestions. He quickly came up with an estimate for me.

there are a lot of employees at this store that are willing to do there job and assist customers.i know its not easy dealing with the public but greg-electrical,vince,ricardo,frank in hardware,tony ,joe and Anthony,cashiers alaine,wendy and percilla always make the trip to home depot enjoyable.there should be employees available to assist in the isles when these people are on break,and by assisting I mean helping locate a product not just giving directions to a not so visible item when asked for help

Had to purchase a refrigerator over the weekend, 9:30 pm on a Saturday evening. The employee who helped us was SO friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for us. Check out was fast and the cashier was very friendly . Awesome experience.
