This Home Depot tries to help their customers. The associates answer questions and offer suggestions. The only downside is that there are no tool rentals at this location.

We purchased a new over-the-range microwave. The salesperson was very helpful. We had the item delivered and installed, and the installers did a very good job in a short period of time.

This store is a pleasure to shop in, not only do they have most everything I need in stock, their associates are most knowledgeable and ready to help you in any way they can!

The staff at the pro desk at the Mundelien location our truly exceptional. Becky, Natalie, and Lynn are knowledgable and know just where every item in the store is located without hesitation. If they don't have a certain item they will locate it at another Home Depot close by and make sure it's ready for pick up when we arrive. Our summer projects here at District 75 have been enormous to say the least, getting the materials and hardware we need to complete these projects has been and continues to be such a joy and a level of comfort knowing we will be taken care of with the professional team at the Mundelien location.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE PRO DESK AND THE REST OF THE STORE, THEY ARE ALL VERY HELFUL AND GREAT TO WORK WITH.

School District 75 uses this store sometimes daily, we are very impressed with all that assist us with are material pick ups.

Randi at the return desk was amazing. We purchased a hose two weeks ago, it cracked and leaked. We did not have our receipt or the packaging and the hose was in a garbage bag that was leaking. Randi looked up hoses in her system, figure out which one was ours pulled the item number and was able to check the activity on our Home Depot card and process the return.

Very friendly staff and most are very knowledgable and helpful. I am at this store several times a week for various items.

If you're looking for a home improvement store where all employees are knowledgeable and friendly, then you must visit Home Depot in Mundelein. In the 14 months that I been shopping at this store, I have NEVER had a negative experience. They were extremely helpful when I first purchased my home and they continue to go above and beyond the scope of customer service.
