This is such a clean store. It should be it is new. We'll see a yearcfrom now. I hope they have a good manager

I came in to replace a defective light and expected a hassle-policies, receipts, maybe extra cost. Instead, I was met by Danette, who immediately listened and knew exactly how to help. She brought us to Christina at the front, and within 7 minutes total, the issue was completely resolved. Both were friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared--not just about the transaction, but about the experience. Danette even suggested the Mother's Day birdhouse activity for my 7-year-old daughter, and later stopped by while we were building to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. That kind of authentic service is rare. It turned a frustrating problem into a highlight of our day. This is why I shop at Home Depot. Christina and Danette went above and beyond--they're the kind of employees every store hopes to have. Huge thanks to both of them for reminding me that great customer service still exists. Give these two the recognition they deserve--they've more than earned it.

The big blue competitor (you know who but I'll leave out their name) to Home Depot is actually closer to my home, but I prefer to go to Home Depot Murrieta North. The reason is because being HD's newest store in my area I have found the employees to be much friendlier (always greeting me) and seemingly right nearby when assistance is needed. Also, this location always has the items I need in stock. Those two factors are not always the case at the rival located closer to my home. HD seems to genuinely appreciate my business.

This store is not only always kept clean but they always have friendly staff. I have visited at least 10 times since they opened this location and to this day I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Friendly staff always wager and willing to help its customers. If I have questions they always answer to the best of their ability. The cleanliness of this store also shows the care and pride the employees seem to have. They are rarely if ever out of stock of anything and the few times they haven’t had something they are willing to help customers locating what store has the item in stock.

I really like this new location. Not only is it near my home, it is just really nice to visit.

When I asked for help and got it.

This review is solely based on the store specifically. We have not installed our door yet. I will update once we do. We purchased a storm door from this store and chose to pick up. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by a few employees, however offered no help. There was a specific employee named Melissa who showed very poor customer service and seemed agitated. When asked if we could get assistance with loading it onto our truck she replied with "yes and no" ?? There was no, thank you, have a nice day either. She just made us feel extremely uneasy as this was our first time to this store and we question if we will be back! If she was having a bad day, she shouldn't be taking it out on customers for no reason at all.

Did an online order& when items were delivered. All of the items were not included. Delivery person blames the store, the store says we can come to store & pick up item’s ( that defeats the purpose of doing a online order) & took 2 day’s to get matter corrected.

The new Murrieta North Home Depot is very clean, bright and easy to shop with its wide uncluttered aisles. The sales people are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This new Home Depot just opened. It was fun to shop there! I loved the merchandise displayed and the employees were eager to help. I will be there often.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The associate was very articulate and knew her job well. She had a great smile and friendly attitude. I hope Home Depot recognizes her skills and talents and promotes her quickly, she is top notch.

All power tools kept in a gated, access controlled, fenced area? Is Murrieta really that kind of place? If you want to feel like you’re shopping for some kind of illicit goods, this is the place for you. If not, just buy from a local retailer and save yourself the prison vibes of this big box store.

Was super excited about the grand opening sales lasting 7 days, was able to get the husky tool kit with the socket sets for $100 which is usually a lot more

Very beautiful new store plenty of very friendly employees our cashier was very friendly and helpful will definitely be shopping there again
