I called this morning got hung up on twice by customer service. Then called back to talk to a manger, no one ever answered the phone.

The staff is always helpful, courteous and know the store well and where things are located. It is a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot. Products are well stocked and prices are very fair.

store is clean and everything is easy to find. associates are helpful.

This store has always treated me with a warm welcome. I want to give Loraine a special thank you for her dedicated work and excellent customer service and satisfaction. I'm impressed with the knowledge of the employee's has with knowing where their products are by isle. Unlike their competitors (Lowe's) that seem to have a lot of young workers that have no idea where anything is. Home Depot is my second home. Thank you for your service. Fred

Excellent paint department. Endeavors to please the customers. Keeps machines calibrated and clean to insure a quality read when customizing paint. Never gave up. Brian is an excellent employee.

My go to hardware store for almost everything. I would like to see more brand selections especially in Drip Irrigation. I can appreciate wanting to sell your own DIG product but I is not compatible to the other major brand which is quite frustrating to find out after making the trip home.

Abel was able to resolve an 7 month issue in 20 minutes. His ability to make an executive decision while putting the customer's interest first should be highly commended. On the other hand, Lorraine, who helped drag our issue out for 7 months, could not make an executive decision or return phone calls when she said she would, may need additional training in customer service.

I went in to purchase plywood. I found eveyone to be very helpful and kind. I would recommend this store to my friends.

I had to get a gallon of paint. The store was busy but the two people in the paint department worked quickly and efficiently. I took my purchase to the front and was helped by Sean to check out my paint and supplies. He was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a good experience.

Kody in the Lumber Dept. was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I have ever experienced before. The store saw was broken but he took note of my needs and asked me if I'd come back to get the finished lumber. 2 hours later I got a personal call saying my cut pieces were ready for pick up. Kody found a way to get the job done and help me out.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. Great prices, very affordable. I was very happy with the help I received, everyone's knowledgeable in all products/department. All staff/associates were very friendly from the time that you walked-in in the store to the time you check-out.

As always, clean and organized. Found what I needed and back on the road to complete my project. I was in and out.

I really love having home depot nearby. It brings out my Tim the Toolman inner self. The store nearly always has what you need in stock. Things are easy to find and there are usually plenty of helpful and knowledgeable associates available to help. Cashiers are the friendliest I've seen anywhere. This particular store in Murrieta is fantastic and is my local store but I have had similar experiences at other Home Depot stores. Home Depot has got it right with their employee hiring & training and with their products, store layout and prices.

wasnt sure if a product was still on sale and the associate went out of his way to find an ad to see if the product was still available Awesome

My husband and I both had a great time shopping at the Murrieta Home Depot and Steve in Electrical was outstanding in his knowledge of products and the different areas of the store where the products were found. If you need help with lumber or roofing, ask for John. He is very patient and helpful in this area. This is a smaller store but I would return there just for his assistance

I can't remember the gentleman name but her was so helpful to me and treated me like I was the only customer he cared about. That is true customer service and only what I expect every time I go and that's exactly what I get l. Thank you for being a great company

I experienced the best customer service today at Murrieta Home Depot. The experience started off on the wrong foot. Then a woman I'm assuming was management made this one of the most pleasant customer experiences of my life! She corrected the issue and personally walked me to the item and made sure I was taken care of. This is the kind of service that has long been lost. This is where I will be shopping from now on for all my hardware needs.

All the employee's are extremely nice and very friendly. Store is always neat, clean and intact. What also make me choose Home Depot over there competitor's are: the employee's are trained and are very knowledgeable in their department, They greet you when you enter the store, the pricing is unbeatable and, there has never been a single instance where i went to purchase something and they did not have it. This store was named rite because Home Depot is definitely my second home. Fred
