Great experience
The associate was very eager to assist us in buying blinds that were the right length. He worked very hard to get me the blinds I needed online, so I don't have to take the slots out.

good help
I needed something that was high up on the top shelf and the man working was very helpful to get it for me. He is always upfront when I walk into the store and asked if he could help me from the get go. I said "NO". After I found that my item was not within my reach, I asked for his help. He was so happy to get a ladder and retrieve my item.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The Associates were very helpful, and friendly. The store was very clean and well appointed, and welcoming, giving the store the best ability to serve their customers as resourcefully as possible. The Check-Out personnel "Mike" was very friendly, even the man that helped us put our items in the truck. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Upon entering The Home Depot I was greeted immediately & ask if I required assistance or direction to a particular dept.
Once I entered the dept I was once again greeted with a smile & was offered assistance. After explaining the pros & cons of the various drills I made a selection based on the recommendation of sales individual.
Checkout went without a hitch as I used self check out but in collection of my item I was greeted by a cashier & asked how my shopping experience was & did I find everything..
In summary a great shopping experience.

Great product knowledge by Sales Reps, Friendly Service and helpful info on how to help finish my project.
I was extremely satisfied with the Sales Associates friendliness, knowledge and input as to the project I was planning. Every employee greeted me throughout my shopping and was cheerful and friendly. I received the kind of Customer Service that is very rare in these times. The Associate was more interested in helping me find the right products and describing their use than just making a sale. I will definitely be a regular customer when I need your products.

Very helpful store
The store is well laid out and it is easy to find what you are looking for. Nice variety of products. We were looking for a dryer that was on the website but not in the store. The associate was helpful and friendly. She pulled up the products stats and took the time to compare line by line the model we were searching for with those in the showroom. The checkout went very smoothly and the delivery time for our appliance was within 3 days. When leaving the store she was clocking out and we realized she had stayed over her time to help us but she never let on and never made us feel rushed.

Great customer Service!
I was looking for firewood and firelogs. The firewood was right up front in the store but the firelogs, which used to be to the left of the registers were moved and I could not find them. The associate asked if I needed help and I said yes. He found those firelogs for me in the garden center and he helped with a smile. What a wonderful attitude and a wonderful associate who represents your company. Way to go Myrtle Grove!!!

Great Products. Great Customer Service.
This store carries Behr which is rated number one by Consumer Reports, and I have found to be number one in my personal use. The associates in the paint department are always knowledgeable and professional. I purchase all of my paint supplies at this store. Many other great products are also available at the store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help the customers. Good job.

Not Happy
This is relating to my recent online purchase. I bought a sliding glass shower door and vanity mirror on 1/4 to be delivered to the store. My online receipt indicated that it would be in store by 1/13. Naturally, on the 13th, with no updates on my tracking, I called online support. They told me that there had been some shipping delays organization wide. I was told that my items should be in store on Friday 1/16. I was not upset at this point - I understand delays, even if I really, really want to use my new shower and bathroom. Friday arrives and my tracking has updated to reflect that Sunday was going to be my new delivery date. I called online again just to ensure that trucks were actually offloaded on the weekends. Assured that they were, I went about my business. It was raining on Friday anyway and not a great day to pick up a load in an open truck bed. Sunday arrives and now my tracking has updated to TUESDAY. At this point - I am no longer sanguine about this problem. Online support gets another call. I talked to a very helpful representative who called the store for me - twice. The first time they told her that the items might be in the store, but that their only receiving associate does not work on the weekends and would not be able to scan them as received until Monday. I asked her if the manager could do that. She called the store again and the manager agreed to go find my items and call me. This part was handled nicely. I believe the managers name was Mark. He found my order, had it brought up front and called me within 30 minutes.
This is a lot of story to tell you that I got a lot of help and responsiveness until I actually, physically, went to the store. I found my items, waiting as promised, at the service desk. I checked out and wheeled the items out to my car. I realized as I was loading that I was missing a box. The shower door comes in 3 pieces/boxes - glass, frame, handles. You order it as one item online, but it comes as 3. I was missing the handles. I went back into the store and had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Denise. Initially, she tried to tell me that the handles are a separate order and don't come with the shower door. I had to show her the online product AND my 3 separate tracking numbers for the door. Then she told me that they were "probably" in the same box as the glass. Well...no, the box clearly indicated it's contents and that did not include handles. Then she said it was "probably" still in transit. Tired of non-answers, I called online support once again. They said that all of the items had arrived to the store on Friday....Friday, which means that I could have had my door installed and caulk dried by the end of the weekend. The sheer incompetence in processing of merchandise in this store was astounding. Did they just decide not to finish scanning in items that arrived that day? As the online rep is telling this to Denise and I, she makes a comment essentially blaming me for coming to the store too early (I had not received my confirmation email that my items were ready). Really? My tracking was being pushed out 2 days every time I checked it. How could I have any confidence that my order was being accurately processed by the store?
Literally every interaction I had up until meeting this particular employee was excellent. Sure, I wasn't hearing what I wanted to - but the other people tried to help and got me as much information as possible. This person just assumed I was wrong, crazy, or stupid. She made no attempt to help until forced. I really think she just wanted me to leave and hope/pray that the remaining parts would show up. Another associate - Andrew jumped in to help. He said that they had several pallets in the back that they would look through. He took my information told me he would call when the last box was found, probably in the morning. This is all that I wanted - some acknowledgment that something was being done. So, it is Monday morning and I just got an email that my box has been found. I am happy with the outcome, despite the delays but my in-store interaction was mostly unpleasant. Maybe I will order form HD online again. Maybe not - but I certainly won't be letting this store handle my requests.

Online search very helpful
I looked up an item online and it said it was in stock. I was very pleased to get to the store and find the item I was looking for. It was good not to waste a trip and the store not having what I was looking for. The price also matched the online price listed.
