I am handicapped and can’t walk far. I found no electric cards available. A employee, Verlyn, offered to postpone her lunch break to help me. She walked to several departments in the store and gathered my shopping items and then helped me check out. On top of that , she refused my offer of a gratuity for her spectacular service

The store has great machines to use for convenience service

This young lady named Sara helped me with my purchases and she was amazing!

This is the best store for getting help. I will drive farther to go to this store. If you need help with windows or doors, go see Tyrone. He will give you the help you hope to receive when looking for windows and/or doors.

I have shopped at other hardware store this store is way better

Always when I visit Home Depot find an EE who help with what I'm looking for and give information

Some people are very awesome and professional but there is some people who are not. The only professional, super friendly, attentive, and nice person in the store is David King. If you find him, he’ll find everything for you or your needs. Also other people as Judith the cashier isn’t that nice and professional.

I like good service. My difficulty was stock Was low .. I had to search hard to Find what I was looking for. I also forgot my purchases after the cash. Not sure what to do about it.

Great service friendly people

Every time I am doing a project on my home, I will go to my Home Depot.

I was able to select my items ,and pay for it in less than 5 minute.

I have been to Home Depot five times this week to get the products I need to upgrade my apartment. The staff is always helpful, and I get what I need. Thank you!

A+ SERVICE & SUPPORT!Dave & Mark were truly the best. They went above and beyond, supporting me, so that we are able to fix the multiple bathrooms & plumbing... additionally, they showed me where the commercial fans were AND even went as far as going outside to get me one of the push carts...as,I didn't expect my purchase to be as huge as it actually was. They were so friendly and are a huge asset to your team!! Also, another Mark outside, was so gracious helping me put the purchases in the car.

Came in to replace my mailbox lock at my condominium. My last key snapped in half in the key home so it was about that time. Went into Home Depot after being told by usps I need to replace it myself. I went to key/door lock aisle but didn’t see what I was looking for. An employee there assisted me quickly and found me exactly the lock I needed! Super quick trip!!

I designed my kitchen and make on city codes and good measurement on kitchen dimensions. Patrick Maria and Kathy in costumer services have been super patient kind and helpful with all I need

Main reason I would recomend this home depot location is because of Jamier in appliances, he is helpful, friendly, answered all our questions, recommended some products that would be better for us, made us feel welcome and that we really are valuable customers.

mentions a competitor Employees seem to care less about customer service or knowledge of of the products sold. Very dismissive, cashier was the worse. Suffice to say, too bad there's competition near by. Will drive miles to another location just to deal with friendlier helpful employees.
