Friendly and helpful associate in the garden center.

Nice selection of tomatoes in cages bearing lots of fruit. Also found some nice perennials on sale..everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I have always been please with the North Kingstown Home Depot. Its convenient and the associates are always willing to help. Price are good and quality of products offered is excellent.

An extremely well kept store that is a pleasure to shop in and is always neat and clean.

Parking was great even though there seemed to be many people at the store. The store was arranged so that the product signs led me straight to what I was looking for. When the hurricane hit certain areas and the Home Depot opened the doors to let people sleep there overnight...what a treat to roam the aisles and see everything they have! A community store!

Ordinarily I am overwhelmed with assistance when checking out. This particular time I had some oversized, bulky items and was trying to use the self check out. I was having a difficult time scanning one of the items.There were three cashiers within feet of me, none of which offered to assist me. Surprised as I always have had a good overall experience at this location.

Cashiers both indoor and outdoor (garden center) were very friendly and efficient.

We arrived at the store expecting to be overwhelmed by trying to find the right kind of lumber and have it cut, as well as pick up all the other pieces of hardware needed to make a table. Tom in Lumber and the cashier in front were so helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks so much!

I was disappointed on the selection of annuals. I was looking for begonias, and New Guinea I patients there were none. No associate was available. However, on the plus side plants were categorized by sun or shade.

Spend a little more time on signage in the aisles at both ends. A store directory hanging from the ceiling at the main entrance with an alphabetical list of most common products and the associated aisle. Store map also

Upon arriving at the store, I requested help from a sales associate. I wanted to purchase a full pallet of retaining wall block. This required a fork lift. I had to wait 45 minutes for a sales associate to arrive with a fork lift and load the pallet onto my trailer.

we had an idea of what we wanted but needed some advice. The help we needed was very informative.. we made our purchase feeling confident we had made the best choice for us. The delivery date we scheduled had to be changed by us (we forgot our grandson's play) and it was easy and all went well, thank you homedepot!

The garden shop was very neat and made everything easy to find

I was purchasing 40lb bags of solar salt. A clerk in that aisle was having a friendly conversation with another customer and excused himself to assist me in loading my cart. As I exited the building a second clerk offered help to load the car. Very friendly, customer service. I shop her somewhat often as it is convenient to my home.

Nice to walk down an aisle and have someone ask you if you need help. OK…it doesn't always happen, but July 6th morning time, the overall staff obviously work well together and support one another. You are appreciated and most customers DO appreciate you as well. Professionalism begins within each person, and never alters when difficult customers shake it up. Kudos to YOU!!

When my new gas grill didn't light...I was one extremely upset old lady...So I stopped by the store ( and crazy as it sounds) asked the manager if someone could come to the house and fix it ...and to my surprise he said "Yes"...Without any argument he proceeded to follow me home , took a look at the grill,and fixed the problem... which to my embarrassment was a missing battery! What a genuinely helpful and professional response this was...
