I was trying to use a coupon mailer, but did not have my husband’s Home Depot card with me. Employee Mary went above and beyond in making sure I would. Receive the discount. She even walked me from the Pro check-out area to customer service and stayed until the sale was complete. Yessica at CS was helpful and patient, while supervisor Craig stepped in when needed. Everyone was very dedicated to making my shopping experience a positive one.

I was approached from a friendly young man, Calvin. Not only did he help me to the car and unload the rock for me, he engaged in friendly conversation and actually enjoyed his job. So refreshing to see younger employees with great work ethic. Great job Cal!

Excellent 5 star service today, especially helpful were Patrick and Jamisen in lumber, and Ralph in hardware. My project went perfectly thanks to all of their help!

The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. I did have to find someone in the department I was looking in, but as soon as they were called, they appeared!

I had a disappointing visit with a location nearer to where I live on the previous day. Today my confidence in customer facing employees was restored because of the interaction I had today at the Metcalf store. Chris from Plumbing admitted he had no experience with the Cut to Fit Blinds. He called a couple of times to get customer assistance, when none arrived he READ the instructions and cut the blinds. I was thoroughly impressed with his taking the initiative to assist me or anyone else that came by. This may seem like a small thing but anyone familiar with retail or customer service knows those committed to customer service are few and far between. When it happens I would hope customers take the time to let them know. Thanks Chris from Plumbing!

This store is nice, clean. Very easy to get store associates and they are very friendly and helpful. The customer service is marvelous, makes us feel both the buying and returning and easy and stress free. I shall recommend this store.

Great store - prices are reasonable, employees often go out of their way to help, even sometimes taking me all the way to the exact location where I can find my items in a big store. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, outstanding people nearly all the time. (Not quite always but the vast majority of the time)

Special recognition to Joe Roberts. Joe helped us find what we needed and then walked us to the checkout lane to ensure we were able to benefit from a special promotion / deal being provided by a manufacturer.

Karina was extremely helpful in my latest need. She was persistent in making phone calls to the manufacturer to retrieve warranty info and how to handle the transaction. All turned out well.

We love this store and are always able to find what we are looking for thanks to the helpfulness of the employees. We will definitely return as often as we need to!

Employees don’t seem to avoid eye contact and you can ask them questions. Daytime staffing seems good. Everyone was trying to be helpful and most were helpful. I was surprised on the number of people not wearing mask already. No one gave me a hard time about wearing a mask myself.

Associates at this store are always extremely helpful. They always make my dog feel welcome with a few treats also!

Because I am almost a daily customer, most of the clerks recognize me both in the return department and the cashier. I feel extremely comfortable at this store.

I love shopping at this store. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful, whether I’m shopping for paint, gardening supplies, appliances or general hardware. How in the world do they always know what aisle everything is in?

I always find what I am looking for at Home Depot. I do wish that a discount be provided with use of their credit card.

We consistently shop at this Home Depot location. It is always very clean and the staff is most friendly and helpful. It is rare that they do not have whatever item we happen to be shopping for on any given day. The store itself is bright and easy to navigate. We are sold on Home Depot!
