We had a great experience at The Home Depot on Oracle Road today. Chad in the appliance department was outstanding in helping us choose and order our appliances. Great customer service!!!

Lots of inventory to select from - but the best part is the help from employees with questions and then solutions.

Associates at paint desk were helpful. When there were a lot of people needing assistance, support personnel stepped in to help and get things done quickly.

Jason Draper, Store Manager runs a happy, productive crew. Associates are friendly and helpful.

We love our Oro Valley Home depot Store. It pretty much has everything that you could possibly need. The employees are always pleasant and patient; we have never had an issue. When ever we need help and can not find something, someone walks us over. Employees answer our questions and if they don't know, they get someone who does. Also, we often get a lot of good advice as how to get a project done. Could not ask for more. MOST IMPORTANT: They stand behind their products (gracefully replaced our carpet last year because of a defect) We have two homes, one in RI & one in Oro Valley and Home Depot is like a third home, we are there almost every day!

I an in Home Depot Store #0481 often and have always been impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the employees. Janet and Tavo at the Pro Desk have been extremely helpful the last time I was in there. Their knowledge, efficiency, speed and helpfulness made my day. I am very impressed with them. Keep up the good work in having Janet and Tavo as employees. They are worth their weight in gold!!

I had the best experience at your store today! I'm visiting from Seattle and I was in to pickup a lawn mower and several other items to help my parents at their home. I met a Gentlman Manny he's been at the First St and Oracle location for 10 yrs. And I believe with the company 14 yrs. I had no clue how to put a lawn mower together buy rat bait or find the perfect pruning shears for a job. He walked me through each item I needed and even after walking away came back and asked if I would like help putting the basket on the lawn mower,and asked if I had any more questions about how to work the mower. It was so nice to get back to my parents and know exactly how to put the lawnmower together . What Manny didn't know was my dad's been in a hospital bed at home for 3 yrs and today was an extremely stressful day, when I visit I have so much on my plate. I felt so overwhelmed having to buy a mower etc...thank you Manny again because of you my rough day was made so much better!

This store is getting better and better at their customer service and having extra people on the floor looking to help you.

This store is the greatest place to shop for all my needs for the house. Most everyone is friendly and helpful when needed. The Store Manager, Jason, always has a smile and a friendly "hello". The Greeters are happy at the door and know where everything is.....except once in a while not. The Paint department is always so neat and clean. With helpful staff, they are fantastic in all their help and recommendations. You guys and girls are great.

I am so pleased that we have this Home Depot close by my home. All of the people who work there are helpful, even to the point of writing down instructions for me. Let's just say I am not the handiest of souls... Ask me to give you a screwdriver and I'll go for vodka and orange juice every time... Get the picture? You can ask questions, get answers, get suggestions, hear personal experiences, and walk away with far more knowledge that you had before coming in. And everyone SPEAKS ENGLISH!!!

In 2010, I began shopping at this Home Depot. In every department, I have always found the materials I needed and the employees always acknowledged me even if they were helping another customer. The information provided was accurate and relevant. In addition, the employees are pleasant, patient and willing to direct you to another employee within the store if they did not have answers to my questions.

This store's employees always greet us when we enter and ask if they can help us with anything. We are always walked to the product that we need. They don't just "point" in that direction. If they do not have "exactly" what we asked for, they suggest something that will help us. Great store and great customer service!

Everyone in this store is very friendly. Unlike other stores I have been to...you can actually find someone to help you. A guy named Jaime at this store took time to listen to me, help me design an idea for a project, and even cut stuff for me. Helped me from the wood, to plexiglas and even to the screws I needed. I would go back again...over and over

This is such a friendly store. The store people have such positive attitudes that I always walk away feeling more positive than when I arrived. Not to mention it is the cleanest store, and employees always are available to help me find exactly what I am looking for.
