The employees that greeted me were very helpful from the moment I entered the store and made sure I found the correct items I needed. More stores should have this kind of customer service.

We had an issue with a product we purchases. Jason in paint went out of his way to make us happy. He is a defenate asscet to your team and very knowledgeable. I will be looking for him to help us in future visits.

I needed to purchase a large amount of gift cards, this location on Rosedale Highway always has exactly what I need.

When I have a project at home and need a part or parts I go to Home depot because they are close to our home. The fact that I can always find the item or items I need makes me happy and very satisfied. When the Mrs. is pleased, this just makes my day! Thank you.

We've been remodeling the home we just bought and have been to Home Depot (and others) frequently. Home Depot has always offered a full line of products, and offers excellent customer service to go along with that.

Brandon in appliances is the best associate. He was very helpful and patient when working with you to find the best appliances for your home. Not only does he help you with appliances but he goes above and beyond to look for certain items online for you. He will look for the answer if he does not have it. I highly recommend you ask for Brandon to help you with your purchases.

Only one staff member in appliances with at least 3 customers waiting for him. Did great once he got to us.

I was updating my Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets (originally purchased 10 years ago from Home Depot)). The Associate in Kitchens did an EXCELLENT job helping me get replacements in exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of the product, her ideas, helpfulness, and friendliness was outstanding!!!!! I truly appreciate this outstanding customer service.

This is always a good Home Depot to shop at. It usually has everything in stock and a wide selection. I believe this store is the largest type they have. Associates here are always helpful and the store is clean.

Employee had no idea what she was doing. I was there to have vehicle keys made. No warning of needing to have transponder keys. After being checked out (the clerk was very friendly and professional) I proceeded to check the key copies. They worked the door but not the ignition. Went to customer service, waited in line for 10 minutes. Customer service rep told me to go have new copies made and if they didn't work she would give my money back. Had to have the self-checkout person call the key person to the key stand. Waited another 5 minutes. Same key person. I explained the problem, she told me they warn everyone that this could happen. Again...No warning was ever given. Couldn't find the proper key blank (limited selection at best). Attempted to look up make and model. Did not have my make and model...ridiculous. 2012 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado Standard Cab. Had crew cab or 1500. Total waste of my time. Went back to customer service, waited in line for another 10 minutes. Finally gave up and walked out.

The associate in plumbing was very helpful, and I was helped with loading my items into my truck, thanks. What really insulted me was that I asked for my Military discount, which I thought was 10%, but when I checked my receipt when I got home, it was less that 5%? In addition, I can hardly read my receipt, your printer must of been almost out of ink, not good for business or customers to keep track of purchases and for returns and surveys. Listen, there are tons of active and retired military and veterans in Bakersfield, and your store is insulting all of us when you don't properly honor your advertised 10% for Military folks. I have emailed the store and asked for the Manager to contact me by phone so I can find out what this stores actual Military Discount actually is.

Store associates were quick, helpful, and friendly. Associate met me at door and offered to show me where to find the item. He loaded the heavy item onto the cart then pushed the cart to self check out. A cashier immediately scanned the item and check out went smoothly. Associate then pushed the cart and loaded the item into my car. Thank you Home Depot associates for a very pleasant shopping trip!
