Ver easy to locate the item I was looking for with the help of associate

The Home Depot in Victorville was very clean and organized. The self check out machines got me in and out in no time at all.

The service I received in the paint section was horrible. The gentleman that helped me was not friendly, and did not communicate well.

I purchased a evaporative cooler pump in July 2014 (that particular model, made in China is now discontinued) and it failed in a puff of smoke 11 months later. The box showed a 1 year warranty so I returned to the store to exchange for a new pump under warranty. The Associate was confused as to how to handle the warranty and told me I had to call Home Depot's corporate number on the box. I did so and was advised that the store could handle the warranty return, so I made a second trip to the store and the Associate called the service representative I had spoken with in Atlanta, who approved the warranty claim, but the Associate told me only a store credit would be issued. That was no problem since I had already bought a new pump and I shop at HD quite often. The store Associate was busy that day but was very professional and even though the warranty experience took longer than necessary, Home Depot did respond in a professional manner and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

Store was not the cleanest I have been in, lot of the home depots are updating their look (theme) as far as banners, signs, register / self check out lamps, isle numbers go to a more modern look. I have found everything I needed fast, when I asked for help everybody was very helpful would recommend this store to others.

Store was clean, customer service could use some working at. Maybe home depot can provide its associates with some classes on how to treat customers and ease their bad attitudes towards customers. Im speaking about Lolita in online order pickups.

Found everything quick and no waiting in long lines

I was really glad to find a product for my repair project that was needed to stay cool for the summer months and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my local Home Depot had just what I needed in stock. I saved myself some time and money by not having to drive to a distant hardware store to make my purchase. thank you Home Depot.

It was very close to closing when I decided it was time to purchase my first electric drill (I'm a 70-year-old girl). The gentleman who assisted me took all the time necessary, not only to pick from the vast array of available models, but also to find the accoutrements I'd need as well. He was neither presumptive nor condescending and overall it was a comfortable and enlightening experience.

Associates in lumber were very helpful. Cashier was very polite.

I HAVE PURCHASED PLANTS AND TREES HERE AND THEY ARE DOING WELL EXCEPT FOR ABOUT 4 SMALL FRUIT TREES MY ROTTWEILER ATE. GO FIGURE, HE LIKES TO EAT SMALL TREES. I PRETTY MUCH LIKE THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE. ALL SEEM FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SOMETIMES I WOULD GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING AND THEY WOULD DESERVE IT. VICTORVILLE, CA. Overall totally excellent experience. The store was very clean and the associates were very courteous and friendly.
