Love this store. Have many store assocoiates thaty know me when I walk in. Lol i frequent so often that I had one say " Isn;t about time you start working here" ....we laughed. Love the garden department and cashiers through out the store. Store is aways changing and new idea's everywhere.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Some of the best customer service in the Nashville area. Everyone is always courteous, helpful and prompt! Lennie, Diana, Nessa, Laurie, Melba and the rest are always helpful and happy to help you if you are looking foir something!

I actually purchased a used toilet seat! Someone sealed their old, used one back up and returned it. However, the customer service team went out of their way to assist me upon my phone call and return. The customer service is the only reason that I'm giving them 5 star.

Vanessa helped me register my tax exemption for my business. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely resourceful in accomplishing this task, especially when the State of Tennessee changed its numeric system when issuing these numbers. Vanessa prepared me for using this exemption and made this shopping experience great. She helped me get in the store and out in time for me to go complete a job I had scheduled. I will shop at this Home Depot all the time for my business because of the customer service I received today. Thanks.

I was in the store on Nov. 8th, 2017 in the afternoon, picking up an online order. I didn't get his name but the older gentleman who worked in customer service was extremely helpful and kind. I told him we needed more people like him working in customer service in any store as he was very efficient. Not so much his female coworker though. She was not helpful. More lazy than anything. Not a team player at all even though he was helping others before me. Wish I got his name, he's definitely an asset to the company. I'll be looking for him when I go back so I can leave a good word about him to the manager of this store. I love Home Depot I look at it as my adult toy store.

During the questions at the end it said I picked I wouldn't likely return to this store. That was a mistake. I should have selected would definitely return to this store Thank you Stacy Jacobs

Let's just say that I will not purchase from this location again. I encountered a very miserable staff member at checkout on Monday (Oct. 30th). I didn't realized that asking where a garbage can is would be such a difficult task for her to answer respectfully. I didn't really appreciate the attitude while you gulp on your Soda either. It's amazing that without even speaking a word to me, she was just one of the rudest people I've ever encountered at Home Depot. Next time someone asks where something is, how about removing your soda bottle out of your mouth and responding. You know, instead of nodding in some sort of direction and then just pointing randomly. I know you can speak because I watched you start talking to another employee and laughing as I walked away.

Great service in the aisles as usual! I arrived with some small tasks for the employee, who took them all in his stride and even got rid of my trash for me.

Home Depot have been a dream store to shop since I thought about purchasing a home. I would browse the various areas of the store to get ideals and just to know of various thing that i would need being a upcoming homeowner. In 2001, Home Depot became the go to store for around the house maintenance.

Finally broke down and ordered a replacement full view storm door for the front. I have had 3 other andersen for several years that are just great, so I wanted to replace the larson on the front, as it did not hold up as well. Andersen storm doors are the best in my book. The assistant was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Went just like it should with a capable employee. Not always so fortunate in retail these days.

IN SHORT I REALLY DONT VISIT MANY OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES BECAUSE THE HOME DEPOT AT THE BRIELY PARKWAY LOCATION HAS ALWAYS PROVIDE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE EVERY TIME I HAVE VISITED THE STORE. I SOLD MY HOME IN EAST NASHVILLE BACK IN JUNE IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN IF NOT FOR THE HELP AND ASSITANCE I RECEIVED FROM THIS HOME DEPOT. I WANT TO THANK EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION.
