A female associate approached me and asked if I needed help finding something. She gave me the exact information I needed without hesitation. She was polite and friendly. I do not remember her name. Wonderful experience.

The store is very clean and everything is always well stocked. The employees are in a good mood and happy to be there to help assist you if needed. Because the associates are actually knowledgeable about the products at the store they help me make a better choice as to what I need to get the job done. The products on sale are clearly labeled and easy to locate. If there are any additional questions that need to be addressed the manager will promptly take action to make sure everything is okay. Home Depot #0778 is simply a great place to do business.

I had difficulty in finding the replacement plumbing part myself & went to the desk for assistence. The employee I initially asked told me plumbing was not his usual area, was pleasant and assured me he could help me. A second employee came along the isle and offered his assistance ( I believe this was his dept.)The part was a perfect fit & the price was good.

I love shopping at this location. The associates are very friendly and professional. I will continue to do business at this location.

The store was clean... Had a shopping cart waiting for me when I walked in... Was greeted when I walked... Asked if I needed any help looking for what I was shopping for... Love the self check out... Was in and out in no time at all... Very satisfied with whole experience

I came into the store and was able to quickly locate exactly what I needed. My items were readily available, and I did not have to go 'hunting' around for other options.

Dave, Charlie and Matt are the absolutely best customer service people I have EVER met. They helped me get a gas grill that was far too large for my vehicle home within an hour of purchase. I am floored by their kindness, expertise and selflessness! Will tell EVERYONE I know!

I went to Home Depot today to get replacement air filters for my HVAC system. Upon locating them I found that the available product for one of the sizes I needed was in a damaged box and that all of the filters in the box were slightly damaged. Jimmy in the plumbing department asked if he could be of help before I even began to look for an associate. First he researched whether or not an undamaged box was in stock and finding that there was not he offered to reduce the price of the damaged items by 20% for as many of them as I would like to take. Since it was not a total loss damage I gladly agreed and purchased both damaged and undamaged (in another size) items saving me the time to look elsewhere for them. This home depot is close to my home and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. In this case, Jimmy, was outstanding and should be recognized as a great employee.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE TODAY AT YOUR STORE WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE. STORE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. CHECKOUT WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANYONE TO HELP WITH LOADING MY PURCHASES, HE WAS WAITING FOR ME AFTER CHECKOUT. YOUR STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND VERY CLEAN. KUDOS TO YOU AND ALL YOUR STAFF.

The store was extremely clean and several associates offered to help us. We ended up going back for a second time the same day because didn't realize we would need a certain item for the job we were doing. The second time an associate at the door was able to tell us just where the product we needed was located. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone.

As always, the staff at this location were exceptional. I have always found everyone to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have taken time on numerous occasions to review sketches of plans, add valuable input, and assist with product selection. Very pleased with every experience here and will return for that reason.

I normally shop early in the mornings after I get off work. The staff is ALWAYS so very friendly and helpful. Please recognize them with something special. It's nice to actually receive help in a store when it's needed.

Always find what I want at Home Depot. The mobile app has really enhanced the buying experience when it comes to looking for specific lawn supplies. I can look for the product that I want and check stock levels before I go to the store. If the product that I am looking for is not in stock I can usually find it at another HD store close by. It makes shopping easier and saves me time. I can find my product, go to the store that has the product that I am looking for, and get in and out quickly so that I can get home and start working on my 'honey do' list.

I was very happy that I could walk right in and pickup the item that I needed and check out very quickly
