Welcoming atmosphere,all employees spoke in passing and ask if I needed help. Nuri and Angel was very attentive. They made sure i was knowledgable and satisfied with the choices I made.

shoppers beware: advertised sales prices are not entered into the computer so you are rung out at full price not sales price, and the cahier knows this but fails to inform you the customer

Great place to shop! Prices on products are more reasonable for me on a fixed budget as compared to other stores in my area. Thanks for your help. The employees that I asked for help were very helpful, even if they had to stop stocking the shelves to quickly lead me to an area to find the product I needed. Great service in a clean and safe environment.

Don't go there to make a return. You will have to deal with a very unhappy worker.

The store has an employee name Gabriel "Gabe" they call him in flooring who is amazing. They also have a guy who has worked in electrical his name is Charlie. But he has been extremely helpful to me over the years. Being a women trying to have repairs down has been very frustrating, but when you have guys like those two who can go wrong. The electrical guy "Charlie" has saved me quite a bit of money and time over the years. He give great advice and I have made adjustment with workers because of his advice which has benefitted me overall. Yes eventually Gabe found the product I was looking for. Yes I got help when I needed it. The store was very clean and the associates were very friendly helpful today the were on point. I will pass this along to all I know.

The folks (associates) that I have got to know over the years are very helpful and always friendly! The store is clean and usually has the stuff I'm there for.

Love this store. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. The young lady that assisted me in the appliance department, Denise, was very patient, helpful and answered all of my questions without any hesitation.

I really like shopping this store. They keep the shelves stocked, and Joey Parchman takes good care to make sure the store is run properly. The main employee in electrical is fabulous, the paint girls are good, and generally this store is one of the best in Nashville to shop at, and I go to them all... This one is the best.

The store in general has lots of problems and issues with things, but my experiences here are good most of the time. I just wanted to mention Michelle W. at the self serve checkout. She always goes out of her way to make sure I get checked out quickly and efficiently, and does a great job...

I have shopped numerous Home Depot Stores and found this Nashville store, fully stocked, clean, organized and filled with people who appeared to enjoy their job.

The cashier Laurie has been extremely helpful in helping me to obtain large amounts of items as I'm remodeling inside and out she was able to help me get a store manager to give me small discount and assist in other helpful and friendly ways Lori Kemper

I love my local HD, feel at home when I'm there

Typical big box home improvement center. The employees are nice enough, but under trained and I suspect under paid. If you’re buying something that’s in stock you should be ok. If it’s a special order, you may want to go elsewhere. I’ve purchased appliances from Home Depot on several occasions. They’ve managed to screw it up every time. This will be my last appliance purchase from Home Depot.

I waited for a key to be made while four employees walked by me. The key kiosk is located directly across from the self checkout and the attendant was chatting with another employee and sipping from her thermos, not once acknowledging that I needed assistance, but looking at me several times. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. The gentleman that eventually made the key was apologetic, which was appreciated. I will drive across town to the Hundred Oaks location to see Uncle Larry and get great service before I drive the eighth of a mile to this store.

THE STORE WAS EASY TO GET AROUND IN AND EACH SECTION WAS EASY TO EXCESS. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND WILL GIVE THEIR ALL TO ASSIST YOU WITH WHATEVER YOU NEED. IF ITEM IS NOT IN THE STORE THEY WILL CHECK ONLINE AND OFFER TO HAVE THE PRODUCT SENT TO THE STORE FOR PICK UP.
