Online order and pickup
I ordered a snowblower at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and at 9:00 am it was ready for pickup. The store associates were helpful and the item was in perfect condition waiting for me to come get it. My experience was excellent.

ANOTHER GREAT HOME DEPOT, NATICK, MA Experience
My wife and I had the same warm and friendly helpfulness from Diane in the Kitchen Dept. this time that we received a few months ago when we consulted successfully with her about our purchase that time. Although our checkout with cashier Arthur was the first time we met him, he treated us with his warm friendliness as though he had been our cashier on each of the many visits when we purchased stuff here since we moved into our apartment in the complex across Chrysler rd. From this Home Depot in October of 2013.

Corporate America fails the American customer base once again.
I know that Retail can be a sketchy affair depending on the store or the day or the time of day. The management at Natick, MA 01760, Home Depot, Store 2669, needs to TRAIN and RE-TRAIN it's Sales Associates and 1st Shift Sales Associates to at least greet and acknowledge CUSTOMERS even if they can't provide assistance or any insights of any kind due to lack of knowledge or training. I have worked in Hospitality and Retail for the last 30 years and know that other CUSTOMERS, not necessarily myself, have high expectations when shopping. During this visit, “NOT ONE ASSOCIATE IN ANY DEPARTMENT EVEN SAID, "HELLO" or OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND. EVEN THE CASHIERS DIDN"T SAY ANYTHING TO ME IN UP FRONT. MANY OTHERS NEAR HAD A PALPABLE FEELING OF DISTRESS”. The kind you feel when SOMETHING, if not A LOT, should be happening but is not. Any upper Management should take a minute to have a pep talk with people and reiterate- "Why is Home Depot in business?” THE CUSTOMERS, THE CUSTOMERS, THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!
Just like Society, Life or any self-vested activity, everything looks and feels good on any given day. But, deep down, YOU (collective not individual) know that something is WRONG but NOBODY CARES or THINKS their doing YOU (all of us) a FAVOR by helping us (the customer base) by even saying or doing ANYTHING outside of one's main job description. How much does Home Depot have to PAY people to do their jobs. Let alone helping people because they have a GENUINE INTEREST or generalized feeling of concern or caring for people that require help or assistance. Just for the purpose of GOODWILL or due diligence (doing something for the pure sake of it) to people you SERVE and derive a LIVING from or the RETAIL Industry as a whole. Once upon a time in a land called AMERICA, corporate America failed to deliver on it's CORE VALUES and only cares about the " Happy Joe or Betty or the Empty can that rattles the most". It a societal and communication breakdown when others and myself can’t even get a greeting or assistance. The level of indifference one experiences daily in many facets of life can only be explained by saying “People don’t care even if they are being PAID to care or It’s the way it is so don’t rock the proverbial boat by complaining but I just felt compelled to relay these comments. SORRY”
Please hire more WOMEN at Lowe's. The WOMEN at this store are very helpful and do a great job. Also, Steve on the Front End(possibly a Dept. Head) and Mike at the Pro Desk was exemplary. Congrats to Erin too.
In the Service Age that we live in nowadays, it's always refreshing to be SERVED well by CUSTOMER SERVICE associates that CARE about their jobs).

Love my Home Depot!
As a single mom with 4 kids I now find myself Being a Jack of all trades in my home. Employees at my Home Depot are always extremely helpful and patience with me. I would be lost without them. Thank you Natick Home Depot!

Disrespect for Military
The cashier Barbara is rude and disrespectful of Military Veterans. On multiple visits she has unfortunately been the cashier. We have had a good in store experience until we check out with her. She carries on about the qualifications of the veterans discount and why my husband is not eligible in a very offensive way. She is insulting and clearly has no respect for the honor that the military serves for our freedom. Even when we told her to please stop talking because she is insulting.... she continues. We always leave very upset... Over her insults. I would not recommend this store to anyone, she is the lasting impression of the entire experience.

the young employee taught I was doing something wrong and he had a wrong way to approach,

great store experience !
great store experience even though it was for post-Christmas sales at store closing time. From Spring to Fall every year we shop the Home Depot Garden Center exclusively for our lawn and garden needs. Always enjoy being thanked for shopping the Home Depot.

Great customer service
The store assistant manager went out of his way to make sure we could get one tile cut for a repair project at home. His flooring team cheerfully cut our tile for free. Great service!

Tool Rental
