June is probably her name but she went an extra mile to help me with my applicance shopping here for an hour. some parts doesnt come with it but she order them online and it'll take weeks to get here so i am not to worry cause June showed so much positive and very professional of her. Shes the best i must say. She also applied me for the home depot credit but to bad i didnt get approved but its ok. thanks June

Aside from their storage event not being adaquatly stocked this store was so surprisingly staffed with knowledgeable employees who obviously enjoyed working there. I never had to search for an employee and they were so efficient delegating fellow staff to grab a flat cart and load our 13 boxes of flooring and putting it up by the registers while we completed our shopping. They also reminded me to use our pro acct and entered our job name. They were very thorough and attentive which made our shopping experience seamless especially with two toddlers in tow.

The associates in this store are beyond helpful and evey time I am shop this store they continue to set the example for the other stores. Customer service at this store is an example of what other retailers need to follow. Their great servicce equals returning customers.

The Guy at the serve counter wouldn't let me have back a faucet I wanted to buy at self service. It was the only one in the store so I got mad off at him. It was like he enjoy making me more mad Hope they fire that man.

An employee provided a superb service by providing a precise woodcut with wood cutting machine.

The store was clean and had a great selection. I needed help making a decision about countertops and feel that I received excellent information and a good price.

Every time I go into the store for anything that I’m working on, whether it’s my kitchen, my family room, my bathroom or one of my bedrooms the employees are always willing to impart their information that they know. They even help me better to know what I need to do and if they can give me instructions on how to do it myself, they do. I really appreciate that.

This store is closest to my home and very conveniently located. Not necessarily a good neighborhood, so I don't frequently go there. But I was able to look online for availability, so I went in and got what I needed. Was able to have an associate get me a flatbed cart, and load it off the shelf for me. My granddaughter and I loaded into my trunk, since the associate did not follow us outside. Then he came and retrieved the cart after we were done. Thank you.

Store was neat, also easy to find the products with the help of associates not single but almost everyone, asked if I needed an assistant. It made my day when they do that.

Friendly staff, seamless visit from the time I entered the store to the time I left - largely due to the employees who helped me.

The lady who works in the plumbing department was very helpful to me. I am a recent military widow and am pretty much flying blind on household repairs. I discovered a leak under a bathroom sink and figured out the faucet needed to be replaced. She helped me out as to what I needed and if I didn't need the coil-looking pipes I could return them with no problem. If the new faucets don't fit, bring them back and she would find one that did. She is a very kind woman.

Love this store! Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable of products and location of products in store. Always greeted with a hello and smile makes shopping more enjoyable.

Redeo 1302 is the better store of all the home depot in Alaska and the lower 48

NEET AND CLEAN

I always enjoy my experience at Home Depot. I'm not an experienced contractor and I feel silly asking questions, but I've never felt looked down upon when I need help. Thanks employees of Home Depot

The store was ok because Tulai really help me I strongly suggest that y'all learn from Tulai that what customer service is supposed to be like and I'm only recommend this store because of the one person who take their job serious

Everything I was looking for was easily accessible and friendly staff. Pro desk was very helpful with getting me answers on ordering items. Store is regularly clean and organized. I prefer this store not just cause of location, but because everyone is happy to help.
