My title says the main points. The store has knowledgeable friendly staff and merchendise you would expect at a hardware store for good prices. I'll be coming back.

I am a contractor as well as a minister, I have traveled the country intensely for the last ten years doing ministry and rebuilding. In this process I always try to shop at Home Depot, and this store is by far the best one I have ever been in. Your pro sales staff is top notch in their jobs and their knowledge. They do whatever they can to help and or assist the customer in their needs. I would highly recommend them and this store over any other.

It's refreshing to shop at a store that strives to provide "top of the line" customer service, and achieves its goal.

JB has really turned the pro desk into a positive experience. Joseph, Raheel, and Charles always seem to be happy to see me and always try and find a solution if they do not know an answer immediately.

The new NE ANCHORAGE Store #1302 has been such a help, especially that we have a general contracting business. The friendly customer service and advice that is given has helped our company want to do more business with The Home Depot.

The store was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in finding the product I was looking for and helping me all the way to loading it into my car.

The staff at the contractor sales desk or pro desk are the best I have come across in my 30 plus years of construction industry. JB, Bret, and Yazi, are great and I am truly happy that they are the ones I deal with. JB is a man that truly cares about the contractors needs, Bret is always willing to help in anyway, and Yazi is amazing in her knowledge and professionalism at her young age. Great team, great store, they truly make my job much easier with their help. The store is always clean and well taken care of which makes it easier to find what you are looking for.

I went to Home Depot twice today and both times I had such amazing and friendly service. I appreciate how the customer service acknowledged my needs and took care of them quickly.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The rental center rents faulty equipment and then refuses to give you a refund or even offer any other resolution. Ended up in a 30 minute screaming match with one of the managers.

By far, the best store in Anchorage. Well stocked and the people were very helpful and friendly.

This store is known for super-friendly associates. Whatever help you need, regarding products or services, the people at this store will do their best to help you. Shopping among a small amount of customers helps establish a relationship with the associates and specialists that work here.

Great experience. Didn't find what I was looking for, but one of the Cashiers made my day. I think his name was Sunny/Sonny/Sony, didn't understand what was on his apron. But yeah, such a nice kid.

I visited this store on Sat 3 Dec in the morning. Overall my experience was great until I went to checkout. The store was clean. Not crowded. I found exactly what I needed. However, when I went to self-checkout the person working the area was engaged in a conversation with a coworker. They were discussing the appearance of someone's friend (apparently the person was Russian and very good looking). I needed help checking out because the hardware I wanted had no barcode. I waited for a minute or so attempting to make eye contact and standing a few feet away from the person working there and was never acknowledge. I finally interrupted and asked for help. The person went to go ring up the hardware but never really spoke a work to me, and then continued the conversation with the coworker. I was disappointed with the service I received at the self-checkout.

Had a great costomer experience tonight with all the staff at Home Depot in Mt. View/Northway Mall...Tony was great, looking up reviews for me on a BBQ, the manager was great to work with and they are holding it until tomorrow. The other staff were also very helpful!

The Kitchen Design team was extremely helpful and professional; specifically Charles Phillips; He went above and beyond, was knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you!

dont bother with this home depot just go to the one on tudor much better service.

I was very happy with the help that I received in the flooring department--knowledgeable and personable staff. Cashier was very nice, too!

Every time we shop at Home Depot there is some associate that is just waiting to help us find what ever we need at that time, even if they appear busy with stocking or working in their department.

This store tops them all attendants are very courteous and very helpful they are actually happy to be there. Wow!!!

Every body was very helpful. The associate saw me and without me asking he offer to take the ladder to the cashier and the to the van.

I always feel welcomed at this store, staff is always eager to assist me with any of my home improvement needs.

I shop here often as I live nearby. They pretty much always have what I need be it plumbing, electrical, lumber, hardware, tools, etc. The employees are helpful, cheerful, and most importantly, they can be found easily!

Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
