Love this new store. It's convenient and easy to get in and out of. Store greeter, and his guide dog, (Killa) was so helpful and very pleasant. Kudos, to you, Home Depot for agreeing to have this gentlemen and his guide dog, to greet us! I was so impressed.

Store easy access/exit from Morgan Johnson Road and SR 64. Store. Personnel nearby or floating in order to be accessible to customer if needed.. The store was clean and orderly and associates were very friendly.

The Bradenton Store is easier to access than the one in Sarasota on University Parkway. There is much more traffic around the one on University Parkway.

The store is obviously new, but it seems more well stocked than others I have been in. And it was clean and neat, very helpful employees and a friendly cashier.

Over the years I have probably filled out about 10 of these "tell us about your store visit" online surveys from various local businesses. I am always curious to see if anyone actually reads these things. Mostly, I receive a letter or email response. Twice, my comments have been totally ignored, which to me speaks volumes about what customer service really means to them (all form, no substance). This brings me to the online survey I filled out a few days ago about an issue I had with Home Depot. Much to my surprise, no more than 3 hours after completing the survey I received a personal telephone call from the assistant manager of the store in question. Not only was it a personal response, but it was by far the most prompt response I have ever received. Great job, Home Depot! You made me feel like a valued customer!

Great staff, great service, and I applaud management for employing a person with a service dog. I look forward to seeing Ken and Killer each time I visit this store.
