Stairs in the way, boxes down the aisles everywhere, can't run your cart down the aisles. What a mess.

This is the Home Depot you would want to go to for any projects you are going to do, the people are knowledgeable in just about anything you are going to do, I would recommend you talk to the department before you start your project the people their just might have a good idea before you start!!! They help me with everything!!!

I have a 3-phase project going on and I am very pleased with the Pro Desk participation, which got me to the ordering process. Phase 1: I placed the order Monday afternoon received the first delivery Tuesday, and a pickup is ready and scheduled for Thursday. That is efficiency.

We're in the process of doing a complete bathroom remodel and were able to purchase all necessary items and materials in a one stop shop with Home Depot.

I bought the starlink kit. An employee told me it was not a kit and that I needed an additional 3 products which was an additional $127. I could not open the seal kit until after purchase which I did at home. We set the kit up to learn I didn’t need the items sold. These items had to be ordered and I was told they would be in the next day. I received a text that they would not be available for several days. When I returned to store to say I did not need the items and requested a refund I was only given it for 1 item saying I had to wait for the other 2 items to arrive at the store 1st before I could get my refund. This was all very inconvenient as I live 1 hour away having to drive 2 hours for each trip for a total of 6 hours driving time

Been doing business here for over 18 years, since they day they opened the doors. I have watched it get progressively worse, and now it intolerable crap hole to deal with in any fashion!

On two occasions been treated as if I'm bothering them. Tried to spend $5,000 with them and walked away. Went to their competitor and gave them my business. Never going back!

We knew what we wanted when we walked in (GE Washer/Dryer set). EMF6356 helped us out. Had everything written up in no time and we were out the door!

I purchased a set of Schlage deadbolt locks from the website and followed the instructions to take them to the nearest Home Depot to have them all keyed alike. Other locations were unable to do this. However, when I came into this store, I was quickly greeted by Vicki in the Customer Service Department and she immediately introduced me to Dave in Hardware, who rekeyed the locks cheerfully and quickly. Thanks to both of you

I have shopped at this store for almost 20 years. I shop the garden department each summer. It’s also my go to store for home improvements and repairs.

I was in shopping for baseboard material and was initially discouraged because 1/2 of the specific product I was attempting to purchase was damaged and I needed to sift through it to get to the undamaged product behind it. Mind you the trim was in 16 foot lengths so it was a hassle. Once I finished getting the product I needed I headed up to pay for my product. As I walked up and got into line there was one person ahead of me and he was blocking my means of turning the corner to the register as I waited for perhaps 30 seconds a female employee instructed me that I needed to move away from the contractor counter she didn’t even bother to come over to see why I was there in the first place only asking if I was in line to check out. Had she walked over she would have seen that your main aisle displays were preventing me from turning the corner to the register. At this point your warehouse was at a 2 star rating with fighting through garbage and then having an employee tell me to move even though I couldn’t because my product was too long to turn it because of the person ahead of me prevented me from doing so and your displays in the aisle wouldn’t allow for me to move. I was a moment away from letting the employee have it when Alix walked up and ushered me to a different register lthat he opened solely for me even though I hadn’t been waiting for more than a minute at this point. Had I not been met and taken care of by Alix I would have likely complained to management. Alix opened a line just for me, ensured I got my military discount, was expedient, professional and had excellent customer service skills. He took a poor initial experience and made it great. Well done Alix! Well done.

I go for supplies, not to listen to employees complain about their political issues

I had a refreshing experience while shoppint at this Home Depot location on 19 Apr 2024. I stopped in to look at a washer and dryer, after closing on my new home. I'm embarrassed to say that I can not recall the name of this wonderful older gentlemen who assisted me as if I were the only one in the store. There were shoppers buzzing about at every turn. This Sales Person listened closely to me, was very knowledgable, and summarized our conversation. He also provided me with a cold bottle of water and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Thanks for a great shopping experience!!!

I came into the store hoping to locate a replacement part for an old sliding glass shower door. Amy met me at the front of the store and knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. Amy is the best possible ambassador that Home Depot can have on their team. A very friendly,, knowledgeable, and professional resource!

I was looking for a plumbing fitting, but arrived just as they were closing. Without me asking them to, 4 different employees coordinated to help me find what I needed and get checked out, even though they had to stay open a few minutes after hours to do so. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Have been to this store many times but have never felt like I couldn’t be helped today I wasn’t. As I wandered looking for something I was passed by several associates who didn’t ask if I needed help and when I went to go look for help I couldn’t find any at all not a single person was around

Cashier Andrew went out of his way to be helpful. And count all the change we gave him. The whole store felt festive and pleasant.

We were very impressed that an employee helped us at this store. He even helped me get our water heater to the register.

I spent $17,000 on cabinets and counter tops. The Kitchen design department provided an incredible experience. My wife and I are incredibly happy with the quality of the products and the personal service we received through the whole purchase to delivery process.

I can always find what I am looking for and what I need for my home and property at Home Depot. I have 5 acres and need to treat for weeds, rodents, wasps, and other irritations but Home Depot always has something that will 'do the trick'. I help a number of people with small projects within their homes and I can always find the tools, trim, lumber, or gizmo that will satisfy my friends. It is a great store to rely upon!
