I have shopped at a few HD's and the New Milford store is heads above all others. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Any question I ever had has been answered with thoroughness, professionalism and courtesy. All the benefits of HD yet retaining a "small town" feel. Simply the best!

Price and quality are the two things that are most important to me. Most of the time I shop at Home Depot I can find both.

The New Milford associates are ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful - - they seem generally interested in assisting the customer and this is a refreshing change! I had some packages to load in my car and I didn't even ask for help, but they saw me loading and not one, but two associates came out and it was very much appreciated. This is without a doubt, the best Home Depot I have ever shopped at.

As always, it is almost impossible to find an associate to ask simple questions but I didn't need that help today. What I did need --- and got -- was a smart and quick cashier. Haley was terrific. Maybe there's new management that's insisted on a better attitude. One thing that's always bothered me is that when I have needed an associate, I wish they'd just say, "I don't know" or "let me get someone who can answer the question" rather than accompanying me to the aisle and foraging no better than I can. I usually just say, in as nice a tone as I can muster, "Do you know what I'm talking about?" The store IS getting better for me but people I've spoken with have the same ole' complaint about finding help.

I went to the store to get mulch, I didn't see any brown mulch so I asked the sales associate and within minutes they had the fork lift with brown mulch.. I find the new milford store employees are friendly and helpful, more so then other home depot stores I have gone to.

I had two paint samples I had removed from my home with the hope of getting them scanned for their color code. Sheila, at the paint dept., assisted me and was extremely helpful not only by making suggestions but also answering my many questions. She was pleasant, cheerful, and personable. I left the paint dept. with the samples of paint and the feeling of how fortunate it was that Shelia had been the one assisting me.

EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND ACCESSIBLE. GREAT STORE TO SHOP AT.

Could not find any associates to help me find what I needed.

An associate spent about 10-15 minutes with me trying to find a product to get rid of moss and lichen on a roof.Used to apply copper sulphate, now regulated and not available. Looked in roofing stuff and plumbing products. Finally found it in gardening chemicals.

The associate at the pant desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I never have a problem finding help in the store. I've redone an entire cottage with the help of Home Depot associates. They help me find what I'm looking for and store pick up is easy. The associates in paint are very helpful. Windows and doors super people. I can't say enough about all the departments. I've used them all! They've helped me load my truck and I also had no problem returning items either. New Milford Home Depot is very friendly they always give you great service with a smile!

This store has consistently been one of the cleaner HD I have shopped in. It seems less stressful of an experience. Associates are all friendly and take the time to help you.

In a world with so much impersonal technology, it is always refreshing to have actual human contact with the sales associates here who are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Store associates needed to contact New Milford for product availability and arranged delivery to my Ridgefield home. Great response at both stores infinitely better than trying to buu the same product elsewhere. My wife and I consider this a totally satisfying shopping experience - infinitely better than we expected; mostly due to associates assistance, demeanor and results.

The leaf blower was Rita there on the shelf so I could hold it and info About product was right there. The paint departments was so informative and what I learned was encouraging in regard to what I needed to know about painting the Bhere deck over and how to apply it and what equipment to apply it ! Etc. etc !!

Ordered in the morning, received my text within 30 minutes and drove to the store to pick up. They had everything ready and quickly rang up my additional purchases and offered assistance to my car! Great experience and very efficient!

Even though this store is not as big as others. it is Very clean. Has a very pleasant staff that are very knowledgable. I would much rather come to The New Milford Store over Danbury.... any day of the week!!
