The self check out cashiers are unhelpful & RUDE!!

THE STORE WAS NEAT, ASSOCIATES WERE BUSILY HELPING CUSTOMERS DOWN THE AISLES

I was returning a drain cleaner and without asking, a worker who seems to be on his break stepped forward and assisted me in getting the machine off truck and into the store. Even after it seemed that the gate on the truck wouldn't let down, he was willing and even suggested lifting the heavy machine over the truck tail gate. After fighting with unclogging a sewer line, I appreciated the help. Not to mention the machine malfunctioned on me a few times because of a damaged hose, but the associated credited me for the extra time I had to keep the machine. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The store is very large, however, it was easy to find the items I needed.

I stop in occasionally on my way to work and everyone is always cheerful and helpful. The store is well-stocked, well-organized, and clean & bright. All n all, an easy place to shop, despite its size.

Gerard and Chad helped me get my project done! Yes. I am a 50 year old woman who took on a small plumbing project. No idea what I was getting into - bought the right clamps - but not the "crimper". Went back to the store and GERARD was sent to me from heaven! How helpful and kind he was! Never frowned upon what I was trying to do - showed me the tool I needed - which was $97.00 and offered to assist me to the Tool Rental section of the store. I was unaware I could rent tools! Wonderful! He and Chad got the specific tool I needed - set it up for me to use - and I was on my way! What is even better - I used it as instructed, completed the project - and upon my return to the store - they called me by name and asked how it went! Such a delightful experience!!!!!!!

Based on a June 6, 2015 visit to this store. I wasn't in the isle more than a minute before I was offered assistance from a store employee. He notice minutes later that I was still in the area and again offered assistance. I have had good customer service experiences in the past. But it is my belief that this employee was genuinely committed to good customer service. This is definitely a quality to be admired. I only wished I had gotten his mane. If you are ever at this location, hang around the electrical isle for a pleasant customer service experience.

The store was and has been very helpful in the past. The employees on the isle are extremely helpful and answer questions that need to be answered. The check out clerks at many of the stores are good but could use more training on items for sale.

SINCE I SHOP AT HOME DEPOT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND USUALLY MORE OFTEN DURING THE WEEK, IT IS LIKE A SECOND HOME TO ME. SOMETIMES I AM HELD UP,BUT USUALLY I AM IN AND OUT IN RAPID TIME AND I RUN A RAPID PACE.

Everything I have needed for every project so far I have been able to find. To me, Home Depot is the store where I go in looking for one thing and leave with 20 things

It always an extreme pleasure to shop at Home Depot. Not only is the store products great, the staff is excellent. To sum up this store and staff, I would simply say "Sustain Superior Performance"

After purchasing a refrigerator from the Kenner store and being told the next day that it would be delayed another 30 days I had to find another refrigerator. I went back to my local store at S. Claiborne and the associate was very friendly and helpful. A great deal more than what I experienced at Kenner. When we were trying to cancel the order from the Kenner store, this store's Customer Order Specialist (DeShawn) had to step in and walk through the COS from Kenner through the process. She spent 30 minutes assisting me. Had she not this could have gone on forever or I would have had to make the trek out to Kenner. I made sure to find the store manager and let him know about the outstanding customer service I received. This is not something you experience much these days. Delivery service was prompt and professional. My wife loves her new LG French Door Refrigerator.

I must admit all the associates I have had the pleasure to work with have be wonderful and extremely helpful. If I did have a problem, it was handled quickly and promptly.

I find this store really well organized and the service was great. Good selection and prices as well!

Gerard is the associate in plumbing that helped me during my visit. He is extremely knowledge and patient. He took his time in helping me figure out what I exactly needed. He also found something that would serve the same purpose for half the cost when he saw the price was a concern for me. THANK YOU Gerard for giving me a great experience at Home Depot!!

I was in this store 4 days ago to get a can of paint. When I approached the paint counter the associate was mixing around 6 cans of paint when she came to me I told her my request and she turned away from me and went to the computer and started eating fried chicken and not doing anything else. After that she went back to mixing more paint then she was walking the paint to the mixer and stopped while walking with a paint can put it down and continued eating her fried chicken out of her Home Depot apron right in front of me. all before she even touched my paint, she could careless about helping me or anyone. The store is a good one I have never had a problem with any other associates, I come here often it was just very off putting to have someone obviously not concerned with the customer or her job.

My associate was eager, attentive, knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with

A little hard to get to if you catch yourself there or going there during the downtown rush hour. Sometimes it's hard to find an associate to help and there are times when there's many of them walking around and give you the best service. I was hoping to find perrineals on this visit but they didn't have any perinneal hanging baskets/plants.. Maybe they are out of season or just sold out. Also, I was hoping to find the bbq grills that I found on sale at another HD location here but they didn't have the same sale. Maybe I missed the sale. Will go online to find out and may just order the grill online.

ALTHOUGH I RETURNED A FEW ITEMS, IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I BOUGHT NEW MERCHANDISE.

As the other locations of this National Chan are closing or in sad condition this location is a gem. Plenty of stock, kept in fairly clean uncluttered condition and the associates seem to love their job.

Since I am temporarily incapacitated due to an operation, the personnel whom I came in contact with were extremely attentive and ready to assist me in any way.

did not have to wait very long for my online order. the clerk at the customer service desk was great ! ! we need more people like her in this position.

No problem locating what I needed. Pleasant associates very willing to help.

The products I needed were to find,the store was quiet, sales personnel were riendly.
