We went to Homedepot.com, found the product we were hoping to use, checked for availability, and discovered a HUGE SALE on this product. Naturally, we found this was the best opportunity for our project to get underway. We took measurements, went to the store, and the associate took care of all the rest. We now have a lovely resurfaced deck, with a minimal amount of shopping legwork. Thank you, HOME DEPOT!

We were trying to stain our deck. Upon asking an associate for help they were not nice and quite nasty. We left and went somewhere else for better help.

Anita was smiling and welcoming when my husband and I arrived. We needed several items for our brand new home at Panther Lake Camping Resort. We asked several employees where to locate items and everyone was friendly and more than willing to show us where to find what we needed. The store is huge, clean, bright, and stocked with what we needed. We will be visiting many times in the future.

Your store far exceeds Loews in every aspect. Employees always acknowledge customers and offer their help. At lowes I have to seek out help and most of the cashiers are not friendly, they don't even make eye contact or say hello and thank you. Your employees are a class act!

Rachel was extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations to answer my questions. I was unhappily planning on fixing my current washing machine because I was told at competitors stores that a new washing machines would not stack with my dryer, even though it was the same make and model only 3 years older. Rachel and her co-worker alleviated that concern and paved the way for me to buy a new washer instead of fixing the old. Rachel also priced out both models I was looking at so that I would know exactly what I would be paying, as well as letting me know all the discounts and credits I would be eligible for. My visit to Home Depot took less time than my visit to competitors stores, but answered all my questions. Thank you Rachel for an unexpectedly great experience.

Tim Bescherer, The Behr Paint Rep was extremely knowledgable and helpful when it came to my purchase of paint for my garage. He explained the prep work needed and made suggestions as to what products could be used. He told me all my options for the job and why each was different. I was satisfied with the layout of the garden center but not the availability of associates. Also, associates re stocking the plants weren't courtesy, they didn't have any regards for the customers making their selections of items, I moved out of the way so they could do their job and not even a Thank you, or I'm sorry. This is poor customer service. I love Home Depot and their products but do not want to go to the "Other" home improvement store down the road with better customer service..

We got estimates for re-carpeting our upstairs from Home Depot and their main competitor. Even though HD came out a couple hundred dollars more, our experience with them through the whole process was so much more professional and friendly. We would highly recommend Home Depot if you're looking for flooring!

Two associates from windows were very helpful on separate occassions
