I'm one of those customers who expect the store to be clean, for the associates to be friendly, for helpfulness to be norm. and the Niles Home Depot did not disappoint.

I had been trying to find a place to purchase a new kitchen. Anywhere I tried did not have any interest in helping me. I was very dissapointed. Then I remembered that I had purchased "in stock cabinets" for my rental home a few years ago and had a very satisfying experience. They really turned out great and look beautiful even after a few years. I called my local Home Depot and made an appointment for the very next day to explore all the Custom Kitchen options available. The associate that I met with took my ideas of what I thought I wanted and chose "just the right" cabinets to start with. Together, we planned just about the entire project in just a little over an hour. Unbelievable! Although my new kitchen is still being manufactured, I feel very comfortable that I will have all of the help and support throughout the installation process. Thank you Home Depot!

fast service helpful staff and very clean store!!!!

I researched what I needed before going to the store so I knew what I wanted. The size of the store is a little daunting for me to walk all over. Then came a helper from the paint department, what an angel. She helped me locate what I needed, mixed about 4 gallons of paint and then helped me find other associates to help me as well to gather up the rest of my list. I do all my shopping at Home Depot.

Had what I needed! Easy to find and pleasing to deal with!

I was very happy that the sales associate was close by and very helpful.

It is not right to limit the amount of open cash registers forcing customers to use the self checkout registers without a significant discount at the time of sale. It is also not right to limit the quantity of knowledgeable floor people to improve the bottom line.

Love going to this store. They always have what I need. I can always count on an associate to help me find what I am looking for as well as give some helpful advise for any project we might be working on at that moment.

I was out in the parking lot where shrubs @flowers set up @ associate came out to help me find what I was looking for

I needed several items and I wasn't sure where they were and I asked an associate's help and I was in and out in 20 min. Time is money. Thank you Home Depot!

Staff person offered help right away. Took us to the item we needed and offered to get one down for us. The cashier was also friendly and check out was really quick. He offered to get us help to our car. Both people seemed to really enjoy their job which is rare in retail.

I was very pleased with the service I have always recieved at the paint dept. The service associates have always been so nice and accomidating to my needs and I greatly appreciate that. I have always recieved a very nice greeting and they have been very helpful to show me where to find the necessary items I have been looking for.I just feel good work ethics and kindness deserves recogonition and heres to the paint dept at Home Depot, Niles,Ohio!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

The store had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Everyone was very helpful. The store was very clean and bright, which always makes for a great experience.

Customer service in the paint area was above and beyond. I was there for some paint swatches and to get advice on a good product for my upcoming project. While there, a display of garden items caught my eye as I was also needing a garden theme gift for a friend. Thanks to the employee's idea I got excellent gifts for my gardening friend at a great price on a special buy. I also got good advice on selecting a good durable paint for my next project.

I was returning something from an online order , and for some reason the poor lady could not get the item to come up ? Finally after a while she had to call someone from online and she finally got the item returned . I felt really bad for her .

The staff in the garden department is very friendly! Every time I visit the Niles location the products I'm there for are in stock and easy to access.

For a big store, this store is well organized and easy to get around.JLR

After stairing at some products for 10 min and telling 2 other people i didnt need any help i finally gave in and the 3rd person that asked helped me get what i needed

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door ,and was asked if I needed help. They took me to what I was there for. Everyone was very friendly, and i will return to this store again.

I don't remember the young ladies name who helped me, but she was dedicated not only to inform me of best options but to show where certain items were instead of wording me to certain isles!

Got a new clothes washer. Associate was knowledgeable. :)

Restrooms were dirty there was toilet paper on the floor and toilets had stuff on them
