Mainly Satisfied with the service the cashier gave me. Loved it & would go back.

Excellent staff and service. I had many questions dealing with concrete. How much I need? What type of mix I should use?…And many many more. The staff did a great job in helping me get the information I needed, and the right products I needed to complete the job. I highly recommend Home Depot in North Bergen.

Home Depot was a good trip to take my wife and daughter they employees knew what they had to do and do their job which I like . My daughter loved the app that you can pick a color and pick a picture and color it and can imagine your dream room the prices where fair . And the person that help me purchase he had a simile and told me how much is this product which I accepted . So Home Depot I use for my work I bought a new machine and I was very genial . Home Depot I will be coming more often with a simile on my face .

The North Bergen Home Depot is in very good condition. If you doubt it, compare it to any other Home Depots and you'll see a major difference. The sales associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and are willing to assist you. Sam Feliciano is one of the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable people in the store and will go the extra mile to help. I am doing a total rehab on a home in Philadelphia and Sam spent 3 hours with me putting together the materials list, getting the best prices and organizing delivery. She missed lunch and made several calls to Philly and even the delivery trucking company to ensure that everything was done properly. The day after the delivery date, she called to confirm that the delivery went without a hitch. Thank you for such great customer service and for having such a well organized facility.

Was easy to find products I was looking for Javon the store manager was so friendly and helpful in getting me help that it made the day much better.

I get excellent service from mirna she is so nice her smile is nice she take care of me nicely. The store is clean nicely .i get every thing I needed. Mirna is excellent .

Store has good variety of products. The cashiers are nice and friendly for the most part. When it comes to needing help on the floor, it's alright. I needed something and I ask an associate for help. She didn't show me where it was or if the store had it. Since I couldn't find it, I left and went next door to Lowes. Also, it was a Sunday afternoon and there was only one cash register open and the self-checkout lanes. Lines were long.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for an associate to assist me because she was helping someone else. I spoke with the floor manager who directed me to Santito Colon. He dropped what he was doing and assisted me with everything on my list. He answered all my questions and even gave opinions on how I could make my project better. This is the type of guy you need on your store more. He saw I needed help and was very engaging. I have already recommended him to everyone in my building. If it was not for him I would have went to Lowes.

There was virtually no sales associates on the floor. I had to load mini refrigerator in a cart by myself.

I was very satisfied with my visit today at the North Bergen, NJ home depot, specifically the Electrical Department. The associate by the name"Alex" was extremely helpful in finding all the items I needed to complete my project, on a timely basis. He was not only very knowledgeable, but friendly as well. Its truly refreshing to still find people who cares like him.

The store is OK; but what is not OK is to have to listen to excessively loud Latin music blasting out of a giant Milwaukee boom box as you enter the store. These may be the majority of your customers, but lighten up on the music...not everyone appreciates it. We come here to buy stuff, not get into the "beat."

While shopping at Walmart for BlueDef I realized it was out of stock. Google suggested Home Depot. Checked availability on Home Depot web site, YES, same low price like Walmart, drove to the store, asked one associate about product location in the store, got directed properly; picked up the container, checked out. Badabing Badaboom!
