The staff at the Elmwood Ave. Store, in my opinion, are the most helpful and do what they can to make you feel like a valued customer.

Every section was easy to access with Ample ROOM to move in the isles, the employees were VERY knowledgeable of the PROUCT being sold, the cashier was polite and made me WANT to come BACK!!

No other store like it. You owe yourself the Homedepot Experience. Good products, good prices, and good employees, always ready to help you with a smile☺

I find Most Home Depot stores the staff are friendly but it seems that the 1234 h.d.store on Elmwood Ave the staff doesn't stand around and talk but look for customers.They seem happy to be at work.

This is the best Home Depot in the area. The staff works together. I am in the store often. I rarely encounter a problem. When I do there are several people that will make sure my issues are resolved. This is why I continue to shop at this particular location.. I create more home improvement projects and get great advice from the staff. Their recommendations cost me a little more but I am happy with the final result.. I can't say enough about Ron Lewis. He is a well respected manager. I have observed his interactions with the staff and other customers. They always have great things to say about him. The most impressive comment is that he is not an office manager. He is always visible in the store. When he helps me I can barely keep up with him. He takes his job seriously. I have seen him interact with other customers. He really listens to the problem and tries to resolve it. He doesn't try to get rid of the person or problem but investigates. Personally he has called other stores, departments and vendors to help me out. He is not to big or important to help load items into my vehicle. I feel I am cared for when I shop. it makes it easier to spend my money at this location. Other honorable mentions are Herina, Claudia, Diane, Mike, Kara, Alam, Andrea, Ashley ( customer service and paint) Julie, Rob, Jim O, Larry are just a few. I am a loyal customer because of the staff that I have mentioned PS I really miss Chuck.

This store has a large selection of goods, and friendly, helpful staff. They always seem to be a little too busy, but, generally, I can find someone to cheerfully show me what I'm looking for. The store is clean. I was not able to find what I wanted without help, but I got it.

Literally everyone I interacted with, when I came in to purchase my first lawnmower for my first home, was an absolute customer service expert. Everyone was extremely helpful, nice, kind, and wanted to go above and beyond to help me before trying to "sell me" something. Extremely knowledgeable and highly efficient. Kathy in Garden, Autumn at Customer Service, and Ron the Manager were all AMAZING. HIGHLY recommend coming to this store!

We moved to the North Buffalo area from Downstate NY. We find that the personnel here to be much more friendly and HELPFUL that those at our former store downstate. Must be that "Buffalove" we so admire.

We visited the kitchen design area several times and did not feel Home Depot could complete a complicated design challenge inour historic home. Beata Kowalska-Namulala took time with us and offered suggestions that made us want to do business with her. This is why Home Depot is a winner. They hire train and keep talent

Claudia provided me and my family with the best customer service I have received in a long time . She provided attention and was very knowledgeable about the products we purchased . She also was very professional throughout the encounter and very warm . I will also loook for her when making future purchases whether big or small .

I have only been to this store four to six times. Each time I have had the help that I needed and not once have I encountered any interaction that would keep me from saying that i have had the best project shopping experience here than anywhere. I drive from Clarence when I need to order anything.

The store was a little busy & I wanted to get in and out. I was in the wrong aisle looking for my item. The customer service rep assisted me to the correct aisle & made a great suggestion of what I needed. I'm glad he ask if I needs help.

This store is my go to place for plumbing, electrical, and gardening supplies. Always easy to find an item and if not there are always people around to help. Clean store and friendly associates. Keep up the good work!
