The store was very neat and everything was very easy to find. The young man at the paint counter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a specific type of paint and this worked very well for what I was doing!

Employees were eager to help myself. The cashier Jackie was extremely nice and friendly. Had a great smile and asked me if I Had a home depot credit line abd all around very nice young lady.

Associate was extremely happy to help and give his professional option. Thank you!

I always head out to Home Depot with my list and when I arrive I am always greeted by a smiling associate or cashier. Since I am unable to load larger items myself I always ask for assistance. The staff are more than happy to assist, but sometimes are not readily available for various reasons. Within a reasonable amount of time, someone appears who can load my items for me. They never complain and are willing to assist, which is extremely helpful to a senior citizen lady like myself. Thank you!

The store is always clean and it's easy to find whatever you need. The emplyees are always friendly and helpful.

There were no employees to help me the only one to help me was the cashier

I needed help finding something and the people were right there to ask and the helped me instantly! Great bunch of people working there.

There were no sales associates on the floor to help take a door from a top shelf. We found our own ladder, climbed up and took down the door we needed. Two doors were in stock- one had the slab door badly damaged. The other has misaligned jamb all the way around (factory defect in assembly). Upon noting this to our cashier James (Jim) JXK687 - Jim stated exactly "I've built thousands of doors, just hammer it. It got bounced around on the truck." Jim would not discount the door or offer any help to find something else. We also needed two closet doors. One was very badly damaged and only two were in stock, so we did not buy them at Home Depot. We are now spending extra time repairing a door for a client. This cashier was the worse we've ever dealt with and we will be contacting customer service with our problem and photos of this door as well. This was very unacceptable!

The store is located in a very good area that is easy to get to and to find products that you need and want. The associates are friendly and it makes you feel comfortable shopping there. The associates are quick at their job and knowledgeable of many products not only where they are located. I enjoy shopping there and would recommend to anyone but they probably know already.

We had wanted a freezer for quite some time. Today we purchase one and we love it. It will come in handy. While at home depot, we were assisted with ease and were able to leave the store fairly quickly due to the support of the sales associate. Even though we were not able to find the freezer we wanted the sales associate was able to assist us with finding one that was comparable.

Replacement windows are comparably expensive considering one is self-installing. Needed supplies to complete installation (molding interior/exterior, insulation, touch up paint, nails) not included or even discussed at purchase. Lastly and most important is the fact that the window expander at top leaves up to 3/4 of an inch of empty space. No answer offered to resolve this concern. And, no instruction to learn how to hold extender in place. I personally drilled holes across expander on inside of window, used can insulation spray to fill void and then placed screws to hold in place. It is odd that a replacement window that is to save energy creates a cold spot. This is not isolated to Home Depot but a concern of most replacement windows. However, I was disappointed that the associates and Home Depot fail to address these issues in some form.

I enjoy the self-serve portion of checkout when it's convenient. But when an associate goes out of her way to be helpful, even in the self-serve area, your store benefits from the gesture. Very nice customer service in this employee!!!

This is my favorite Home Depot store in the area. Cleaner, better stocked, more helpful employees. My only complaint would be that many employees don't smile and in fact look miserable and rude to approach. I kindly suggest someone do a store meeting and let them know they need to develop a better sense of customer service. No matter what's going on in your personal life, it doesn't belong in the work place. From my own personal experience dealing with a major health condition, I still managed to treat customers right, approach them with a smile and a helpful attitude. If your personal affairs are going to disrupt your work ethics, than you should remain home for the day. For the most part, the employees here are great and are very helpful.

I was very happy with the help I received from cashier Maureen in the garden center, I am in a wheelchair and sometimes need a little help. I could not have made my purchases with out Maureen's help. She packed my flowers gently into my wheelchair carrier located on the back of my chair. She could not have been more pleasant. The store associate in the electrical dept. was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The associate at the return center was also very pleasant and helpful. I had a most pleasant visit to the Home Depot. Home Depot that's my store!

Everything was where i thought they were. Had a associate walk up and ask if I needed help. Also once again Kathy at the pro desk was fantastic to work with again

The staff in the paint department were extreamley helpful, she explained the product and made suggestions on what she had used and waht was recommened,she gave insite from her personal experiences with the product she had suggested. This is the kind of assistance i wish we could get at other stores in the industry

I purchased numerous lawn and garden items and displayed my military ID card for the military appreciation program but received the usual discount on all but one item. I assume it was due to when I showed my ID during the check out process. Will be more careful next time.

Kathy and her team at the pro desk our very helpful every time I go in there. Which is everyday... I would recommend Home Depot over any other store

We had such a great experience with associate Jeff. Our upright freezer quit on us and we rushed over to Home Depot and was greeted by Jeff. He immediately took us back to appliances and found us a chest freezer. We told him we would need 2 and he got them for us, put them on a cart, took us to the front of the store, rang us up, and then brought them out to our truck. All the time having a great smile on his face. He was so nice. There should be more associated like him working at Home Depot!!!
