Excellent store -reliable - I had tile installed and appliances delivered - it went smoothly and the quality of the work product was outstanding

A young man in the garden department Tyreek, was very helpful, he went out of his way to place some heavy items in my shopping cart and trunk. I could not have done it on my own.

The return was quick and easy. Clerk helpful. Mike in Electrical department was extremely helpful. Took me to other areas to get other items I needed.

The store was clean, shelves mostly full, employees who assisted me, went out of their way to locate what I needed. AND the employees were 'smiling'! Amazing!! Thank yall for all your help.

I LIKE TO SHOP EARLY IN THE MORNING - LESS CROWDED. THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS OUT OF STOCK. HAD TO SETTLE FOR SOMETHING CLOSE. FEW EMPLOYEES IN THE DEPARTMENT. OVERALL, NO COMPLAINTS.

WE did an instore order for a Electric Stove. A time was setup Wed. eve for Friday Sept 4, We waited and I canceled a doc appointment to be home when it aws delivered. Friday Sept. 4, came and went .....NO DELIVERY AND NO PHONE CALL TELLING US IT WAS NOT COMING. I just called the store and they told me Sept 7 which is a holiday and we wernt going to be home so now we have to change our plans again. I am really frustrated. the lady I talked to today sat morning told me i was wrong and the delivery day was set or 7th.......... she was wrong ......someone changed it and NEVER NOTIFIED ME the customer.

We were looking for tile for our bedroom.The salesperson that assisted us went above and beyond to help us select the right tile.He was very knowledgeable,professional and informative.He took his time with us.He was very kind and caring and made us feel like a valued customer.This is very hard to find in these challenging times I want to thank you for having Maxwell on your team.You should be very proud of him . Hope you can recognize him for his Excellence.. Maxwell made the difference for us . The entire staff members we came in contact were great and very helpful. The store was neat, clean and organized

The store was clean and safe. The cashiers friendly. The sales associate Edgard from the Paint Dept very courteous, knowledgeable and professional ! If we ever have another paint project will sure go to the Home Depot at Oakwood Mall !!

After traveling to 3 stores tonight I found my product with the help of a super employee Marcel! He was so professional and friendly I have to say “Thank you!” We all know at the end of the day employees are ready to go home, but it was closing time and Marcel was the best! At the check out Tarsha was super too! Professional, friendly and kind she helped make my day better! I would recommend this store to my friends and relatives too! If you’re in the neighborhood and in need of home supplies please check out this location. Thank you Marcel and Tarsha the two of you made my day!

some of the friendliest employees ever encountered at a Home Depot store

Great store, but the employees don't follow proper guidelines for Covid-19 safety. Masks worn by many employees were below the nose. Some used the mask to hold up their chin. The social distancing was poor at best. Store was crowded and people were blocking aisles. There was no employees trying to enforce and social distancing. This has been on ongoing issue with this particular store. If it was not for the proximity to me, I would go elsewhere.

My experience at this Home Depot is always a good one I never have to worry about anything all employees are friendly and curtious so I can finish all my projects with no worries and also use my projects loan card it’s very handy. Someone is training employees very well there and deserves recognition.

THEY DO THEIR BEST AT THIS STORE. IT IS A BUSY STORE AND MOST OF THE ASSOCIATES ARE GREAT! LIKE VIRGINA IN FLOORING, JOSH IN PLUMBING, KEISHA A CASHIER, ANA A MANAGER AND OF COURSE CEASAR IN PAINTING DEPARTMENT!... BUT STAND CLEAR OF THE NASTY ONES LIKE "DEJA" RETURNS, "TALIF" A SO CALLED MANAGER. THEY PUT THE "H" IN HORRIBLE!!
