This store is always clean and the environment is always friendly. I love shopping here!

Great store to shop at. Always nice people to help you in any department. Have not had a bad experience as of yet and I shop here all the time.

Today, Tuesday, January 28, 2020 @ 10:30am I had the pleasure of being serviced by far one of the best customer service reps at any of the numerous Home Depot stores I've ever visited. ELVIS made a difference in my shopping experience at THD. Thanks ELVIS! And I suggest ELVIS never leave the building! I met ELVIS in the KEYS station. When I walked up, he had 2 customers that he was helping. Here's where things changed and made all the difference in the world to ME. ELVIS was busy, there was 1 lady there who was not so nice, IMO, but ELVIS, didn't seem to mind her aggressive in nature behavior, once she finished talking, ELVIS, stepped back from the key machine and the 2 customers he was helping, and said while looking in my eyes with a warm smiled; "Ms. I'll be with you shortly"! WOW... blew my mind and in that moment, made my FIRST ever at any THD stores shopping experience by far the most impressed moments everrrr! ELVIS exudes, passion, kindness, professionalism and decorum. He should be the poster man of what great customer service should be. Thanks ELVIS.

Just wanted to say I wish there was more employees like Sandra she helped me with the product that I was looking for but there was none in the store unfortunately but she helped me cash our at the register as well once again thank you so much definitely will be back great experience

This store is great the staff if very efficient they are very helpful especially the cashiers thank you Sandra for helping me with my card payment and getting me out as fast as you did and thanks for the price adjustments will definitely be back great experience.

Harrison the cashier at the Hollywood location is awesome! He helped me and my brothers find exactly what we were looking for . He had a great attitude & answer any questions we had concerns about !

Love this store, I'm in there at least once or twice a week the employees are very helpful always seems to get what I go in the store for. the store is always clean and neat love it.

Store itself is very well put together, I was able to find a person to help me, vs in other stores I wasn't able to do so.Cashier, Anais provided an excellent customer service!!

Store is big in size never had an issue there. Store reps are always friendly and helpful.

One of my husband's and myself most favorite shopping places to visit and shop on a regular basis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We always get the best help, advise, and recommendations from everyone here when doing our home projects, new and repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location is wonderful, well lit up at night, in a safe and clean environment, near a major shopping mall, just a hop and a skip away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eating places near by, beauty salons near by, every kind of store you would need to find other types of items such as clothing shoes, etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my favorite stores by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a long time since I've been to Home Depot, so glad I came back. The service has improved immensely. They've hired more people since my last visit and it seams they have given them some 'expertise' in their individual departments. I received great help and care from, the garden department, plumbing dept.,paint and even floor care ,but especially during check out,and in helping me re-applying for my store card. The cashier and (I believe) a manager ,were both competent, friendly, thorough and timely,making me even more excited to come back again for my home improvement projects PS Everything I purchased WORKED! Way to go Home Depot!!!

If you go to the Tool Rental Department make sure you go see Joanna , She is nice, professional , friendly, knowledgeable , patient and has a wonderful smile .

If you need appliances visit Toni M., she is kind, knowledgeable, helpful with the best customer service skills I've seen in South Florida!

This Home Depot is not the closest to where I live, but I love going here because you always find what you need, the employees are always willing to help and assist you and they do it with a smile. When I go there I feel like all my family members work there; that's how they treat you like family.

If you go to the Home Depot on Stirling you will be amazed at how big the store is. When I was there I met an Associate named Leo from electrical and even though what I needed was not in his department he went above and beyond to really make sure I found what I was looking for. He was really friendly and very sharp, can help you solve your problem and he is willing to work with you until you are fully satisfied. So if you happen to see him grab him while he’s available because this kid is in there to help people and it shows.

This is a really big Home Depot, and not enough employees to have enough coverage. However in Aisle 2 they have something very special ! An associate named Leo. This young man went out of his way to ensure the fact that I was able to solve my Dilemma and regardless if it was his Department or not he stuck with me from start to finish and did not leave me behind and didnt try to pass me off on someone else. He truly cared about solving my problem as much as I did. Because of his customer Service alone I give this home Depot 5 stars. It’s hard to find good hardworking people but this Manager found a Veteran that works hard and cares about the customer experience and who goes above and beyond to deliver the ultimate customer experience !

Great customer service in the appliances department. Look for Carl, he is informative and knows the products. Great experience during my first major appliance purchase. I had stopped at other appliance stores and this was by far my best experience when asking for product specific information. Highly recommend this store.
