Love Home Depot. It is by far the best home improvement store there is.

My wife and I have been so many home depot stores and this one is by far the cleanest and most organized store we've been into.

I ordered a product online and had it shipped to store. It was defective, but Home Depot on Craig, although the item was in stock, would not replace my missing parts because they, and I quote, "would not get credit for the sale." They told me that they would call Rubbermaid, but the hold was "too long" so they called Home Depot Online, holding me up another 10 minutes, to tell me that I had to call Rubbermaid because Home Depot Online would not back their product. So, aside from the 20 minutes it took me to have someone appear to help load it in (a customer finally did), then the 20 minute wait while I was told they would not back up their products by giving me the missing parts, I realized that customer service is not a priority there.

3307 has always been an exceptional store to shop. The associates are knowledgeable and take the time to assist you. We can always rely on this store to have the products we want. We have shopped at other stores and nothing compares to the customer service we consistently get at this store. It is top notch. It is obvious the moment you walk in 3307 the store cares about the home depot brand, the customer, and the customer experience. It is the best store in the valley and we will always shop here.

Special ordered moulding for flooring they sell. They failed to call me when the item came in as it sat for two days until i followed up on it. They also ordered the wrong color. I was bounced back and forth from the service desk to the flooring dept to be told neither one of them deal with returning or reordering. Finally got somebody to do it at service but she didnt seem to have any compassion for the issue. I asked if they could double check this time or cross refrence the item numbers to make sure this doesnt happen again and the said they couldn't. They also could not guarantee a specific day in which it would arrive and couldnt guarantee any one would call after it does come in and told me to call in to check. Home depot is my favorite store. I go almost everyday but will not shop at this one again.

It can't be called customer service if the girls don't giver you any service. Wish website could give you isle number and specific locations.

Always plenty of employees available to help you in whatever department you are shopping in. If they don't have the answer to a question, they will find someone that does.

I have used Home Depot all my life, and it's the only place I go to for all my home repair supply's, all of the employee's are always friendly, and kind, and are very willing to help.

An associate by the name of Bonnie went above and beyond what a person would think about customer satisfaction. Upon coming by her department she asked if she could asisst me with what I was looking for. She worked in the appliance department but was able to guide me to the correct area of the store to find what I was looking for and she even answered questions I had. SHE WAS GREAT!!! All Stores need more Bonnie's.

I made several trips to this store so I didn't overload my trailer. The staff was quite helpful, accommodating, and patient in helping me load my trailer, taking town top stock, and moving pallets. Wonderful staff!
