Excellent store and friendly staff

Staff was extremely helpful especially the employee Caesar. He assisted me in choosing my purchases to helping me stack my purchases into my car. He even showed me discounted items that I needed . He was a true representation of how employees should treat their customers! He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me. Thank you

My trip to my Home Depot was fabulous, the store was in order and neat, making my trip easy and quick, There was a greeter as I entered the front door with a shopping cart waiting just for me to fill up. The employees there are so helpful, and with a smile. Even when I brought my first home, Home Depot has been the go to store for all I need, because they always have everything I need for my home remodeling and other needs. I'm a 59 year old handywoman.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING IN THAT LOCATION FOR 14 YEARS SINCE I LIVE CLOSE BY SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND WILL GIVE YOU PERSONAL ASSISTANCE IF NEEDED. THE STAFF HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS SO THEY KNOW THEIR STOCK VERY WELL....ALWAYS ASK FOR ARGENTINA, GREAT SALESPERSON, AND KENNY WHO SCOOTS AROUND ON HIS ELECTRIC SCOOTER....HE WILL TAKE YOU TO THE RIGHT AISLE.

Staff very friendly and helpful especially George and Keith. I was very overwhelmed trying to find stuff for house repairs they both helped me and relieved my stress thank you both.

Store is very neat & clean. the employees are exceptionally helpful! They also have electric carts available for those who need them in order to be able to shop.

Employees seem knowledge about the product whereabouts in the store whenever I ask, but I wish there were more of them in certain areas for the times that I do have questions about the products. The store is too big to go roaming around to only hope to find someone who can help. And that’s if there aren’t already helping someone else.

i find my shopping experience at the North Lauderdale Home Depot not just comfortable but very pleasant, with staff not just pointing you where to go but walking you to find what you are looking for, enabling you to get in and out in the shortest possible time, the store is clean and well staffed, I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to this Home Depot. Been to many different Home Depot stores in the North Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Sunrise areas and the North Lauderdale location is the best. Great layout and great customer service. Every employee gives their best to the customers.

I have always had good experiences whenever I have the occasion to visit this location. This is my "go too" store when products are not available at the location near me.

When I visited your store recently I was blessed to have Margaret as my cashier. She was the nicest cashier I've had anywhere in several months, proving a person can be friendly without sacrificing efficiency.

Customer service staff ( Desiree) went above and beyond! I can't thank her enough for being so kind and helpful....overall I rate this shopping experience a 10!

The current manageress is awesome. I got a part earlier in the day and showed up at about 0815 that Sunday evening and realized the store was closed. I was able to make a case to the manageress to quickly purchase the correct part. She offered a level of compassion and understanding not seen by me in ages. Being a physician, I know fully well how patients are gratified by such acts. I am eternally grateful and look forward to thanking her once again. The store was clean, associates helpful and I found the products easily.
