Easy store to shop. Always someone available to help.

Where do I start. I always have a pleasant experience at this store. I scared I'm going to jinx myself by writing a review. I first want to say when I come in AMY in hardware usually assist me and is very knowledge and helpful. I haven't gone wrong in searching her out. Over the weekend, my brother built me a fence. He was going to do it on Monday but changed his mind to Sunday. I had already placed the order online for Monday pick up. When I went to the store to cancel the order I found out with Jeanetta help that the order was already picked and ready to go. I was surprised since I had plced it an hour earlier. So this is a KUDOS AND WAY TO GO TO THE ENTIRE TEAM THAT PICKED THE ORDER EARLY!!! WAY TO GO GOOD JOB. NO SLACKERS HERE.

It was a Friday Memorial day weekend about 7:30 PM, Store closes at 10:00pm. needed materials in Lumber. Associates in lumber were scarce. Went to the front the cashiers were helpful. Paging for someone from Lumber to come help. No one came. Ike took it upon himself to help out when no one came. he helped us find what we needed It was not at the same price as the other home Depot on pleasant hill which is much further for us. He price matched and he helped me load it on the buggy and then checked us out and helped us load it into our car. was very friendly and helpful. Thank Ike!

Girls in the paint department very helpful. Cashier's provide very fast check out.

The store associate went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated since I am physically handicapped.

Ms Mary was a wonderful help and very patient. She mentioned that she is a new addition to the company, she was amazing and very knowledgeable. .she hid her "newness" well.

I went to the home depot in Lilburn to pick up some material. I am doing lots of projects around my home and wasn't having the best day. I asked an associate by the Name of Mary for assistance. She was funny and pleasant to talk to. I felt better leaving the store after talking to this employee. She also made sure that I got everything that I needed. Awesome employee!

This is the 2nd time I have returned to this store after the Store Mgr begged me to give them another try. Both times I asked for assistance in plumbing and no one ever came. Tonight after work I tried one more time. I asked a store clerk if he was knowledgeable about plumbing. He said, "Nope!" and kept walking. I asked the service desk to page someone to Aisle 7. She did and after 11 minutes, no one came. I asked another clerk if he knew anything about plumbing, and for the second time I heard, "Nope!" and he walked on. I understand clerks cannot know everything about all products, but when asked a question for which they do not know, the common sense thing to do is immediately tell me they will find someone who does - AND DO SO! I will NOT go the Lilburn store again! I have nearly $10,000.00 worth of projects left to do in my home before I put it on the market. I will go to your store on Jimmy Carter & Lawrenceville Hwy, or better, Lowe's which is 3/10 of a mile further.

Home repair. Think Home Depot. Quick fix. Think Home Depot.

This particular Home Depot was well lit and quite clean. I was able to find the products I bought without any issues. However I did notice that the store carries Worx products, but I didn't see any replacement lithium batteries on display.

Amir was very friendly and offered to help carry things out to the car.

I purchased bathroom caulking and Sheetrock Compound. Everything is to my satisfaction, my walls already look good. The products I purchased far exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled!

The store is very well organized, the associate I talked with was very helpful and showed me where I needed to cut my wood trim. Very satisfied with the quality of the product and the check out was very easy. recommend this store to all.

The associates are untrained and unhelful, often standing with their hands in their pockets, they say they will get someone to help you and you never see them or the help again, their product knowledge is poor and the garden associates are the worst they wouldn't know the difference between a tomato and a rose.

The garden department was in really bad shape, but over the past few weeks things are changing and the biggest and best change are the staff members. They are friendly, talkative and smile, and they KNOW their garden department as they should. I am very impressed with the improvements; please just continue making them.

Every associate we encountered offered to help us. One in particular went way beyond the average when I finally needed help.

The staff at this store seem lazy and do not have pride in their work spaces. The garden area is a mess, and there are always three or more staff members standing around doing nothing when they could be straightening, talking to customers, learning about the gardening department and generally being friendly. Customer service is extremely lacking at this location; prompting me to visit other locations.

Clean store and able to walk right up to the cashier to complete my transaction.Ol

Very poor communication with flooring install. Little follow-up and care given to a large order.
