I was shopping for light bulbs. I found exactly what I needed where I expected to find it. The check out process was effortless.

I went into Home Depot to look at washer/dryer sets. I had already been to 1 other store. The sales associate that helped me was awesome!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time with me. I left at that time to go to a couple other stores to look. I went back to Home Depot and the same sales associate the next day to purchase. It was actually my visit the day before that made my decision. I have recommended to a friend and will continue to do so.

I visited the store several times in a quest to paint a room. Both times the associate at the paint counter was extremely helpful is assisting with the selection, brushes, rollers and general questions.

Associates have no product knowledge. There are new products, but service is bad!!! Management is very nice.

During my visit I needed help finding an item. Associate Eric came to my assistance so me where the item was and pointed out some things about my project I was unaware of. His advice saved me another trip to the store and a lot of grief. Eric was very helpful and friendly

Store associates were very helpful, went above and beyond by finding me at check out to exchange a substitute product for the product that I had wanted but was out of stock on shelf but just arrived in back stock. Cashier was very curious and fast and gave information on upcoming sells.excellent customer service.

Upon entering the store I was greeted and helped by the greeter finding my product. I used the self check lane and was greeted and assisted by a very customer friendly lady associate. The store was neat and clean. I had a wonderful customer experience and would recommend this store to anyone. I will use this store again.

While the staff availability can seem a little thin, depending on when you shop, they are always friendly and very knowledgeable!

I was cordially accepted upon entering the store at approximately 7:00 AM by several different associates. Upon reaching the appliance department to find my purchase I was greeted by a lady that was very helpful in assisting me in checking out. A truly overall great experience!

Pretty much always have what I'm looking for, and never have to wait for assistance from associates to help me. Love this store!

Store is always clean with plenty of hot coffee (but they need decaf added). The associate at the door locks was very helpful keying the lock for the proper key.

I love online shopping and the home depot website makes shopping for my business needs a wonderful and hazard free experience.

why is lowes across the street so much nicer to visit? they sell the same stuff. the employ the same type of employees. brighten the place up and do a little cleaning and de-cluttering.

The sales associates should be more readily available to help the customers.

My problem with my visit is I am disabled and there was no one to help load the microwave oven that I purchased into my shopping basket as well as no cashier at the front of the store to check you out. Everyone was having to use the self checkout and their are a lot of people that refuse to check themselves out. I do not mind doing this myself but when you have a large item, like I did, I feel like there should be someone to check you out and at least offer to take it to your vehicle.... which in my case I rolled it out in the shopping cart and loaded it myself.

The garden center associate guided me to the fertilizer I needed and asked to load it for me. I said ok, and he made sure I had 2 unopened bags that were clean and did load it into my cart. He then asked if I wanted it loaded into my vehicle and I said no, you have done more then enough. The clerk was very friendly and helped me on how to enter the survey quickly and even highlighted the important info on my receipt! I love Home Depot and will continue to shop here first.
