I needed only some small items. I went to hardware where a gentleman showed me several places for the item i needed. He even looked up another item and directed me precisely to where i found other items!

Not much you can't find at Home Depot. Wife loves all the decorating and remodeling ideas. Everyone friendly and helpful but Geoffrey in appliances and Richard at checkout are exceptional.

Lots of associates running around in departments but no one offering to help customers, or get someone whom could help customers, that I could see. I worked for Home Depot when the original owners still had control of it. The customer service used to be emphasized as number one, but has gone down hill significantly since then.

THANK YOU BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS ON SUNDAY MORNING. I WAS ABLE TO REPLACE TWO KITCHEN APPLIANCES WITH DELIVERY, HAULING, AND INSTALLATION FOR UNDER $900 IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR'S TIME WITH NO HASSLES.

The store always has what I need and it is almost always available in the store when I need it. The associates are always helpful and I appreciate them helping me through purchases in the plumbing section. The self checkouts work well and the associate in the checkout area are very, very nice, helpful, and fast.

I purchased a ceiling fan and was completely satisfied.

The truth is zero stars would have been a more accurate rating. The store is in desperate need of customer service training starting with the store manager. They need to understand that the Customer is the PURPOSE of their work and not an interruption of their work.

I have regularly use this location, and it always is clean, friendly, and we'll stocked. I am not a contractor, but just a "do it yourselfer"

My paged help never showed up, after 15 minutes...

Anytime I have a question, I have always found the staff very helpful. If the CSR doesn't know the answer or where to find something, they find someone who does. If I am trying to fix something, the CSR always has recommendations. Very helpful!

Store was clean and the layout made it easy to find everything I was looking for. The store attendant was very helpful in helping me find the washer that I was looking for.

I went in Home Depot with my usual attitude., Ode to the days of human interaction."please let there be someone that can help me so I can get out of here without walking a senseless mile. I don't know if it was the time of day or the shift but the chemistry of the staff that I encountered was nothing short of a pleasure! I was assisted from the time I walked in the door. No one just pointed me in a direction they walked me across the store, helped me find what I needed, offered expert advice. She multi tasked while answering calls and directing other customers, not just in another direction but ensuring they had assistance as well and following up with me halfway across the store to make sure I was finding what I needed. Maybe Home Depot is doing something different, maybe it was girls night out but Daniele Wilson and Yolanda the cashier were just jewels and there was another female who was Yolanda's supervisor. The women were empowered to make decisions and they just all seemed to click! I'm telling you I left there like, "where am I and who are these people". Maybe they won't be there my next trip, maybe I'll call before I head out:) Oh and did I mention everyone was SMILING:) Thanks Home Depot, keep it up "PEOPLE" not Machines Please! You know what i mean, self checkout, scanners, phone apps.

I was in the store for an hour trying to find 4 items. 7 employees crossed my path and not a single one even acknowledged that I existed (for example, even look at me). I overheard one of the employees tell another customer (who had flagged down the employee), that they couldn't help the customer.

We came to the store to purchase a refrigerator, since our 5-yr-old refrigerator suddenly quitted working and it was not worthwhile repairing. We were in a stressful and frustrating situation and got to the store really late in a Friday evening. The associate-MFM5787 was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A lady associate also came to help to interpret the ongoing sale event. They both were very friendly and patient, did not rush us even the store was about to close for the night. Their help made us very comfortable with our purchase, and turned a stressful purchase into a pleasant experience.

My dog loves shopping with me at Home Depot. They have everything we want and it is well organized and convenient so Rudy and I zip in and out and get what we want. The cashier always offers him a biscuit so driving to Home Depot is always exciting and enjoyable for both of us.

I built a new deck with wood, and all the deck hardware required to do the job. It was delivered to the house by home Depot. Tony at the pro desk was very helpful with the ordering process, the delivery driver was also very nice. I had to return to the store about every couple days to get odds and ends for the deck. Every one there is very helpful. I even got on a first name basis with Tony. He was interested in my progress and took time to look at pictures I took with my phone. I have future home projects and will not hesitate to go to the 9600 Metcalf store . That is my home Depot. Thank you, John Glauser

Within 15secs of entering the store a Store Associate was asking me what she could help me find. I was guided to the exact aisle and product in question and out the door within 7mins.

I have never had a bad experience when shopping at this store. If I cant find something I can someone who can or tell me they dont have it or suggest something else.

I am a female in this trade. It is nice to see a female associate that could get me to what I needed as fast, if not better, than the guys can. Although all of the associates are extremely helpful.

The associates are always friendly and help me get what I need.
