VERY CLEAN AND NEAT

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful as well as friendly.

i'm not a handy person when it comes to home projects but every time i go to this store i come out with so much knowledge its unbelievable when you take on the smallest project all the things to it.

This store has been very helpful with my remodeling project!

This is a great store for the most part. I would like a good reason as to why my wife had to have such a bad experience. My wife tried to pay for 4 lawn chairs at once. I was at work when this happened to my wife. My wife had to pay for each lawn chair individually and come back three more times to complete the transaction. Both men's wives and single woman, I hope you ladies don't have to endure such treatment. My wife was gone between 8-10 minutes each time to buy EACH CHAIR. If that is Home Depot's policy to pay at the customer service counter, shame on you. There isn't any difference whether my wife paid at the checkout counter in lawn and garden, or to pay at the customer service counter. You got your money either way. You are here to make our buying experience great, and that policy or not a policy falls well short of exceeding your customers needs, so either someone needs additional training, and or change that policy. I am not one to make a big deal on things, but you upset my wife and that is not acceptable, so I hope you address this matter quickly.

Over the last couple years I have been redoing my house so I have had many projects to complete. The staff is always polite and professional. They know what they are talking about which is nice when you are stuck. I have issues come up up and the employees and managers always bend over backwards to make it right. Plus I am a big supporter because they have always been a big supporter of the community and the military so I tend to choose it over their competion.

THIS STORE HAS IMPROVED IN FRIENDLINESS , CLEANLINESS AND ASSISTANCE.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on my needed part for this visit. Have not had anything but good results shopping here.

Found everything I needed

I give this store a high rating for the employees that actually say hello and do you need some help as soon as you come in the door. I was shopping for a new washer and went to another store and waited for over 20 minutes and I couldn't find anyone to help me. I am a salesperson and believe me if you want to get the sale pay attention. Doug Vesper in appliances was more then helpful he knew his appliances and went above and beyond to explain the difference in several different products that I was looking at and actually told me about how Home Depot gives back to the community which I never knew before. When I left the store I thought about my experience and it was excellent. Thank you Doug for being the type of salesperson more companies need.

Customer service at this Home Depot is amazing. My wife calls the Home Depot chain the 'mother ship' since we go there so often for our home improvement needs. This particular store has exceptional employees that genuinely want to help you. Highly recommended!

Purchased Paint. Told very helpful clerk what I was trying to do and was treated to excellent service. Pamela was polite and most helpful. She was busy and everyone was treated with respect and helped with what they needed. She pointed out items on sale and gave advice when asked for it. I will be back.

Store and associates were A-1. Sales associate Joe was great. We had seen sale prices of appliances on last black Friday sale, but we were not ready to purchase. We saw the Red White and Blue sale advertised and went to buy appliances at black Friday sale prices.

The store was very clean and organized as always. Great job by employees. However, Service Desk needs to have at least 2 employees at the helm. Pam S. was a perfect example of putting the customer first, even under all that pressure.

the customer service woman; Autumn; is one great employee. my last visit; iwas trying to buy apatio set. my computer at home just wouldnt let me. Autumn got everything done for me; including my discount coupon. she went out of her way for me. even got the delivery set up for me. outstanding employee!!!!! shes a keeper!!!

Bonnie's attitude was a light in my day She was called and met me at the Isle right away.

Home Depot has high quality paint and the department is staffed with very helpful workers in the paint department, they can even cross reference paint colors from other paint stores.

Shopping was a pleasure which made shopping less stressful.

Thankfully, I have a great Home Depot store in my neighborhood. I do a lot of work around the house, both inside and out and I am constantly in need of materials and supplies to accomplish these tasks. I always know that when I go to the North Port Home Depot I can expect friendly service and knowledgeable advice from the store staff. I would recommend this store and expect to be shopping again myself soon.
