The people that work there are awesome! And its super clean.

I find myself going to home depot for just about anything, we've lived in our house for five years and have completed many projects that we have purchased the materials through home depot. In fact, 9 years ago we bought an outdoor set for the lanai and after all these years the paint just starting chipping. A Home Depot service man assisted me in what to buy to re-sand and paint the set. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My set came out beautiful and I saved so much money with the help and encouragement from the staff at Home Depot.

Congratulations! At least this store is very consistent!! On 4 occasions there was absolutely NO service !! The paint department is the worse. The employees just laugh when you complain. As they say: if you don't like it, there is the door! I'm taking it and crossing the street to the competitor!

This store has an exceptional selection of indoor and outdoor plants and they all appear to be well cared for. The prices were below the competition. There is a Home Depot closer to our home but we drive a few extra miles to shop at this one. It's a great experience.

We received excellent customer service from Pam (PJS1590) as well as the assistant store manager, Kim, today as we purchased a new gas grill. They were efficient, friendly and very kind! We could not have asked for better service!!!!! They went above and beyond for us to make sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely continue shopping at Home Depot!!!!

Both Kimberlys at store #8528 were extremely helpful and understanding. I initially drove to the Port Charlotte store because it was closer to my home. The associates that were there at the Port Charlotte store, were extremely rude and told me that I needed to go back to the North Port store were I purchased the item I needed to return because there was nothing they could do for me. So thank you to both Kimberlys at store #8528!!!

If you might need the assistance of a store associate, HD is the place to go over Lowe's. When I've needed help finding something, or loading something large/heavy onto my cart/into my vehicle, there is always a happy associate willing to help. I might have to walk an aisle over and wait a minute until he/she finishes helping another customer, but it's always worth it, because they know just where to find the item I need! The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish they had more selection.

they do not give a 5 percent discount if you use there credit card but lowes does.

When a store associate stands and watches you struggle to get something off an upper shelf they are pretty much clueless. I have spent more time wandering in the isles looking for help and when I spot someone they turn and walk away. I shop at a lot of different home depot stores and tend to see the same problem at the other stores.

The associates and managers take the time to search you out to help you with your purchase. They don't let you just wander the isles. There is a great team there. My condo friends say the same. Please recognize these folks.

Being a widow, I have all the man jobs around the house. People there are very helpful. The guys even help me pick out wood for jobs.
