This is my favorite "hang out" location. My family jokes about how much I love this store! The associates are always willing to ask if I need their help. They also always greet me as I walk through the isles, and never act like I am bothering them if I need to ask for advise or recommendations for home repair projects. Although I like the self service cashier kiosks, there have been times where they should have a few cashiers to help on those items that need to be rung up by a pro. I realize that the economy is determining employee availability but there usually is only 1 actual cashier at the front. This is the only minor issue, but it can be an issue when there are so many contractors with all their materials to purchase. Other than that-this Home Depot rocks!!!

I found what I needed quickly and was able to checkout fast as well.

I shopped only Lawn and Garden on this trip and that area was set up so clearly, it was very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. An associate came up and asked if he could help and was very nice and friendly. He did answer a couple of questions and his answers confirmed what I wanted/needed and the usual friendliness and helpfullness of the associates. I always enjoy shoppig this Home Depot!

Your store Associate Shenoa was very bright, cheerful and enthusiastic. She made the experience better. This is the second time in two separate visits that I have been o0ffered assistance by her - she is the kind of employee that makes coming to a particular business worthwhile and a very positive experience overall.

Needed to put together a custom fitting for a sail boat exhaust sytem. With knowlegeable asistance from plumbing dept, we created an 8 part piece that is perfect for its function. Kudos to the dept for knowing their products ans suitability for a one off use!

I always enjoy coming here. The store is well stocked and laid out well. The Associates are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It is an experience, not just a supply run...

The Associates were very helpful. They gave me great personal attention. I will no longer use the website to order items/services if they are available in this store. I will always return to this location because of there friendly help.

The associate in the lumber department was excellent and very helpful in cutting plywood for me and loading my truck.

I only gave this store the rating I did because last time (before this visit) I had to go to the front desk to request a sales associate. I waited and waited and no one came - back to the front desk and they called and finally someone showed up to help after another wait and this was at a time when the store was not busy. Cashiers standing around talking at the self checkout. The visit today was different. Thank goodness for the associate, Paul in the Pro Dept.

I went in to seek advice from the associates in the lumber section. The associate that helped definitely went above and beyond in making sure I had the right materials needed to complete my project and even suggested that I come back and see him if it did not work out! I was truly blown away by how attentive and knowledgeable the staff here was! Truly recommend!

I've never had a problem with this location, Have visited daily for years...

Each time we (wife and I) walk into this particular Home Depot, we are always greeted with a smile and asked if we need any help with anything. Helen (appliances) and Lauren (customer service) have helped us on several occasions and are always willing to do whatever they can to assist us and make our experience pleasant. Today, 4/26/2015 they both went above and beyond in making sure that we got the best price on an appliance that we purchased on 4/13/2015 that was now on sale for much less. We are so appreciative of excellent customer service...even with phones ringing and other customers to help, they managed it all with grace and everyone feel appreciated and well taken care of. The fact that they did this while at the same time making us feel like we were special truly speaks volumes! We will be back for sure, and have no doubt that we will have the same exceptional service! These ladies deserve a "Customer Service Award" in our book! Thanks, Paul and Shiela Thorne

My cahier was great, friendly, and professional. I was able to locate all required material for the project and exit store quickly.

I needed to get some top soil on April 23rd. When I went into the garden section I asked where to find it and was personally directed to the area. Then a young Lot Associate, Trey, helped load nine bags onto my cart, and then he accompanied me to my car and placed them in the car. This may not seem like such a big deal, but I have arthritis in my shoulders and the helpfulness of Trey made my shopping for the top soil a breeze. Thanks to great, helpful employees who provide really helpful service to senior gardeners!

Very clean and well organized store. Went right to product and was out the door in minutes.

Went in to purchase shutters for our home. Ended up purchasing the Custom Shutter b/c of the color selection and style. The associates that helped us were very nice and knowledgeable. Always enjoy shopping here and would recommend this store to everyone!

Wonderful experience with our purchase from start to finish.

I was scheduled to be out of town the week the mulch was on sale for $10 for5 bags. My Neighbor was able to use my HD card and pick up 25 bags of mulch for me and store associates loaded it into his pick up truck. When I returned from my trip, there were neat stacks of mulch in my driveway just waiting to be spread in my borders. it doesn't get much easier than that.

It is always easy to find items in this store and I am always drawn to browse around and often buy more than what I came in for! The associates are always friendly and helpful also!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this store. The customer service was on point. The sales associate took his time with us and answered all of our questions which helped narrow down our choices and made our purchasing easier.

Upon entry I was greeted by 2 associates. One associate asked if I needed directions to find something. I said "yes. The product that I was looking for was on display to my left and priced reasonably. I then toured around the store to get ideas for my remodeling project and questioned an employee who was most gracious in viewing some items online and giving me some suggestions on their installation department. I came out with a list of what to do next with my project and was greeted again by another employee who asked if I was able to find everything I came for again I stopped and spoke with her for another minute and she handed me a couple of flyers from her table and gave me more info on thing Home Depot could help me with. This was a great day at Home Depot. My experience there was wonderful. I will be back!!!

Upon asking sales associate of the location of an item I was looking for I was promptly steered in the right direction. Nice to see the staff know their store

Great staff of employees. The store is clean, organized with plenty of light.

Worst 4x4x10 bundle I've ever seen in a Home Depot. Associates blamed it on a new lumber distributor, but 3 days later, those same 4x4x10's were still there, and I was STILL unable to purchase the ones I needed.
