First time carpet buyer at Home Depot. Bill white was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend him for future buyers

This store has super helpful associates--who are deeply knowledgeable about their areas, in addition to being friendly. We shopped in the lighting department, and Sales Associate Chris provided insights, recommendations and advice for all our queries, which helped us make great decisions on the lighting concerns we had. Every time I come to your store, there is always a friendly associate to help me! Especially when I have a plumbing question, Tom always has an answer for me! Nice to know I have a place to go to answer my questions when I get stuck with a project. I arrived at the service counter with a quick "where is the Toughbuilt 700 sawhorse of my deams ?" The smiling young lady said "Right here in my computers GPS directions to the aisle ! " She put in the name I found on the HD website and in less than 60 seconds she had "Aisle19 bin11 !" written on a sheet of paper and handed it to me. "Wow !" was my reply. "This was just too easy - fantastic !" I walked to spot and there were the 2 Toughbuilt 700 sawhorses I came for. If anyone needs a fantastic sawhorse the 700 is the best I've ever purchased and used. A great sawhorse I added to the 4 Toughbuilt 550 sawhorses I purchased 4 days before. And the price for the "apps" these sawhorses provide are amazing !

The store was very clean, and people is always helpful and friendly some times it takes time to find people absorbe to help because they usually are already helping somebody else, but good experience over all.

The store was clean and the Ridgid tool was in stock that I purchased. The customer service was helpful in selecting the correct tool for the job.

the associates were very helpful, when one didn't have expertise, he took me to another . Both took me to the products and made very good suggestions. The check out person was very friendly and encouraged me to fill out this survey(first time).

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. the store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the layout is very open. It is fun to get ideas for the home and garden. They have a great inventory and help you with your plans. I would recommend it.

I have lived in Tacoma for over 20 years, but have also lived elsewhere. This is probably the most logically organized 'big box' store I have been in, even when compared to other Home Depot stores. I seldom have to ask anyone where something is because it is usually where you would expect it to be.

Came in to buy new GE Artistry Appliances. Even though they weren't in stock, the sales associate was very helpful in placing my order. She ensured all items were correct, and set up shipping to my home. It's nice to see Veteran Parking reserved in front of the store as well! Well done, Home Depot!

The store was clean and well organized and the sales associates were easy to find and gave me a wealth of information about the items I was looking to purchase.

I think the store needs more employees at the end of every couple of aisles to help customers. Especially should ask any customer that looks like they are struggling to find something. Sometimes i go in there and i seem to be asked by everyone if i need help, and sometimes, i struggle to just to find someone to help me out .

Enjoy shopping at home depot. The associates are always willing to help. If you have a home project and need some advice, ask an associate and they will try to help and if they don't know, there are all kinds of books on most projects. At Home Depot all you have to do is ask and 99% of the time you will get an answer.

Greeted by store staff at the door and he worked with me during my visit at the store. He also recommended items that would help me with my project. Store was very clean and well lit.

I asked where something was and it was close, but not where the store associate had said it would be. I understand the marketing approach, but I am not a fan of stacks of product on floor, for people to buy, avoid, and to get stuck behind as they wait for other customers to pass.

The 72nd store staff is much friendlier and goes out of their way to help or find products (even if at another store! Reminds me of movie, Miracle on 34th Street!!). Go to the 72nd store instead of this one, it's much cleaner and lit better too.
