I really enjoy shopping at this home depot. Even though the store is constantly busy, the associates take their time to assist you. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Every associate I've dealt with have been knowledgeable about HD's products but moreso, they know where everything is located in the store.

The staff at this store was very helpful. I had a problem with my Purchase Card and they solved it immediately. I bought patio paint and I couldn't believe how fast the service was. Great Experience.

People in this store work very hard to solve your problem in spite of its complexity and the time required. They concentrate on your problem until they find the solution and you are satisfied.

Took over 45 minutes to find assistance , and when I found some one To help it took another 45 minutes to pull the product from the upper shelf. Not only that , the person I found was already helping six other customers.

I went into the store to buy a new home paint sprayer. I was about to purchase the wrong style sprayer and the young man in the paint department that was assisting me explained that the sprayer I wanted was not for paint use. He then proceeded to explain all the different electrical sprayers that would work for what I needed it for. Thank you to all the personnel in the paint department for you very friendly and courteous attitudes. Thank you so much...

need more stocking on certain products, needs better sales deals for desk pro customer

Store is always messy, paged garden associate 3 times no one came, when to get ceilings fans need ceiling mount only 1 style in stock at least 5 on display associate did not when fans would be back in stock also did not know if light was optional or part of fixture.. Needed shower liner material paged plumbing no one showed up had to go get box blade and cut material myself..

I got a say the new doors I got installed are awesome! In large part due to the dedicated associates who helped design and walked me through the entire process!

I went in to get some kitchen Cabinets for one of our properties, at first it was kinda hard to find some help, but there were a couple of great employees to help make my day better by pointing me in the right direction which I found Denise , she was eager to help even know it wasn't really her department, thank you for that ... she went out of her way to get what I needed and also help me load the cabinets on the cart. She also found some one to help us when we couldn't reach one of the products I need she was really helpful , nice and had a great attitude , we did have a little situation that came about , which her manager Erica was very attentive and helpful to listen to my needs and my feelings about the situation . Thank you for that which made a hard day go a little easier..

Very happy with the assistance received from the associate and the time in which she responded to our call for assistance. Unfortunately one of the items we were looking for was not in stock. We did purchase another item we were in the market for and hope to get good use out of it. We did purchase a service plan in which we were told is an extension of the 1 year manufacturing warranty. At checkout -there was only one cashier open, but several self-checkouts. Another cashier was added and we were first in line. Cashier was very helpful also.
