FOUND TOW STRAPS ON CLEARANCE SECTION LISTED FOR $24.98. EVERYDAY PRICE $12.98.. I ASKED MANAGER SHENA (SHE SCANNED BOTH LABELS-SAID "YOU CAN HAVE AT$12.98" THATS IT NO DISCOUNT NO CLEARANCE. RUDE AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT WHEN I COUGHT THE MISTAKE.

Came in with a project in mind and Gus was able to help us plan out all of the materials and steps we need for completion.

When I came to self checkout the lady at checkout approached without me asking and quickly assisted me with the new computers making my checkout very quick!

0012 Cashier Patsy was amazing at slicing a return problem that the phone support couldn’t do. She is the hero of the day. At making me feel welcomed and giving me full support on my bad day. I wish there where more people like Patsy. Oh and the guy at the rental tools he was awesome as well in haloing me take the fuel out of my generator. I hate that I can’t remember his name.. but they both made my day easier and brought my spirit up. God Bless you guys

I really like this home depot. I just wish there were more employees to be able to assist when I need help.

This store has been one of the best stores that I have shopped at. Everything is easy to find and most of the people have been great and helpful. We are all human and with that being said, some of the staff need training in helping and dealing with handicap individuals.

I went in today because I broke the shower arm at my house as I was replacing a shower head, I had no idea what parts I needed so I took the old part and showed it to Mr. Robert in Plumbing. This gentleman took the time to walk me through on everything I needed and also made sure I bought all the extra things I would need such as a new female adapter and Plumbing tape, he took the extra time to explain how I should do the job so I would do it correctly and not have to come back to the store. What a great guy! I then asked to speak to the manager so I could praise her employee and she was made available to me immediately, which was surprising as she did not know whether this was a complaint or a compliment. This store is great, the leadership is doing a great job and it shows. I shop here 4-5 times a month and have always had a great experience. Keep it up!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received from two associates at the Home Depot store in Victorville. Yesterday, while shopping at the store, I was in an aisle looking for a specific part when an associate named Sheena began yelling at everyone in the aisle, insisting that we leave immediately so they could access a top shelf for another customer. This was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional, and it interrupted my shopping experience considering that I was also a customer. My main problem wasn't that we were being asked to leave, but my problems lie in regards to the way she spoke to everyone in the aisle, including me, who were all paying customers. There were 3-4 other customers shopping in the aisle and instead of politely asking us to leave, she yelled down the aisle as if we were dogs and she was shouting a command at us. This level of disrespect to paying customers didn’t sit right with me, so I asked to speak with a manager. An associate manager named Mista came to speak with me. However, while I was explaining my experience to her, she turned around and asked two customers if they needed help, completely ignoring me and interrupting my explanation. I was extremely frustrated by this point and expressed my dissatisfaction, but the associate manager did not seem to be listening or interested in addressing my concerns. I requested the contact information for the District Manager, and she wrote down the name of Fernando and the store manager Jamie, as well as the number 760-241-1175, ext 500. I am disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of your associates and the lack of attention to customer service. As a loyal customer of Home Depot, I expect to receive better treatment and more respect from your employees. Even as a normal human being, I would just like to ask for the basic respect of being asked to leave an aisle, rather than barked at with some command. I’d appreciate a response back and information regarding how this situation will be handled as I am not very happy with Home Depot currently and will look for other alternatives should this problem go unresolved.

I shop here frequently even though it is farther than the other Home Depot from my house. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & PATIENT!!! I have had to Return and Exchange items and they make the process easy! When I have questions, they have explained and demonstrated how something works. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE DEMONSTRATIONS. One example was a Husky 15' drain snake. It had a handle that I would never have figured out.

Everything was perfect and the workers are very helpful they even helped me load lumber to my truck. The store is always stocked and clean.

The sales person Vic was fantastic. Full of knowledge. He answered all our questions. We ended up buy a stove,hood microwave and dishwasher. We are very happy with our purchase.

My experience at location was awesome ,Ms. Brianna help assist me with ideas for my computer desk, Employee are very helpful in answering questions or finding items. Will continue to shop at location, by the way it’s very clean

The home Depot on Roy Rogers is the only one I go to there will stocked everyone has a nice and energetic personality they greet you and help you along your visit there that's the best home Depot in the high desert in Victorville on Roy Rogers

In my home area there are three Home Depits available. I find that this store has the product and service needed to get your job done. Look for Priscilla in Garden, she supplies Top Notch customer service.

I will not buy another appliance through Home Depot. If you receive an appliance that is substandard, as long as it’s technically working you are out of luck. I received a whirlpool washer that’s horrible. Home Depot will not replace it because it’s not broken. Whirlpool says to go back to Home Depot but it’s not their problem. First wash the clothes came out dirty and the machine was unacceptably noisy. I even wanted to upgrade to a more expensive machine with the manager at the local Home Depot, Miguel, said sorry we don’t do that. Not only am I done buying whirlpool, I’m done buying appliances at Home Depot.

Vilma at appliance is the best Home Depot employee I have ever I countered. She went above and beyond, her work ethic is flawless. She made me feel like an important customer and helped me so much.

Waited almost 40 minutes and spoke to four different employees waiting for someone to help me with questions about cement each one said they would get someone and no one ever showed up it was ridiculous. Every time I Came Upon a new worker they were too busy gossiping about the company and management. When I got help out to load my car and I told the man about my experience he cut me off before I could finish and was like I don't know I don't know with an attitude and walked away. Worst experience ever at Home Depot I don't know what kind of people they're hiring but the employees there are obviously lazy and unhappy. They obviously need to find new jobs.

All employees are amazing with great customer service, they always take the time to help in anyway and department they always keep this location clean and organized which makes it very easy to shop for my business and home shopping, thank you all!
