The most helpfull and frienly staff every time I go to this store. Manager Kett and associate Amy on the Appliance department very profecional and understanding of my needs.

Visited Store, To Purchased More "Armstrong Allure" Laminate, In Teak. Could Not Find. No Associate In Sight.

This store seems to never have the items you need and you can't get a manager to speak to. Won't be visiting this store anymore. Would rather drive a few more miles to get the help I need.

The service that we had in Home Depot was realy good,as a result we will or may be shoping in Home Depot in the future.

We recommend this store because it is a manageable size to get in and out with quick shopping. A smaller store might mean less shopping options, but for us it means easy shopping. Helpful staff.

Went to get a furniture dolly, was told the store did not carry the product. I finally found the product, though it was poorly displayed.

What a pleasure to shop at Home Depot...Even if I don't buy anything, I always get an education just by walking through and looking at new items. The associates are so very helpful, it allows me to fix things that I would not know where to begin. My favorite associates are Vicki, Ricky and Rob...but the store manager (Shane) is right there at the top of the list with them. Thanks Home Depot...I will keep coming back as long as you keep treating me like a VIP.

Every time I go to this store, I can always find an associate willing to "page for someone else to help," but never anyone to actually provide assistance.

The cashiers are bilingual and friendly! The Managers are awesome and the associates are very helpful, my first choice Home Depot on Ft. Worth Ave.

Awesome customer service and great product selection

I love the customer service I get at my HOME DEPOT. I have visited many locations over the years but I always come back to this store because I never feel like a bother when I ask for assistance. This location has the greatest employees all around. Keep up the great work.
