The quality of their Lumber seems to be poor at best. I also find that their loading zone is always full of Shoppers rather just those folks that are loading. Isles are also always cluttered. Hard to navigate through. Employees don't seem to care about the appearance of the store.

I really like this store! The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is not overcrowded, but has everything I need.

On this day the employees were very helpful and the cashier was very nice and helpful.

The store and store employees were great. The employees were very knowledgeable and tried to help me resolve problems and make selections that I needed to make for a home remodel job. I was disappointed that some of the items I wanted were only available on-line, because there are some discounts that are only offered in-store. Home Depot corporate policy regarding discounts is not very accommodating when it comes to on-line purchases. IF you are going to offer discounts, make them easy to access.

The store appears to be well managed. The store is clean and very well stocked. The workers are always friendly and smiling and asking to help you. It's a pleasant store to shop at.

I had a chance to be assisted with tools by Jack who was so great! He helped me by explaining the merits of each product line. He gave his opinion when asked of the tools that lasted the longest and also were the best buy. I ended up purchasing a Rigid 12 in Mitersaw with the lifetime guarantee. When I checked out Brooke helped me fill out the Home Depot application for a card. It was a pleasant exchange and I appreciated both employees and thier professionalism! I seem to go there about 3 times a week. The employees are great. The only problem is I wish the store was closer to our house.

Check out person was really friendly and talked to my mom while she was giving her the info for mt purchase. Always clean the only problem I see is not enough employees to help customers in specific areas.

This store contains some of the most friendly, attentive and helpful representatives that I have ever seen. The most notable being LENN! This was my very first time ever shopping in a Home Depot, as I figured they would be pricey. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices are actually very fair and they have a lot of good deals! This Ogden store was absolutely fabulous. I did not see one staff member on their phone, because they were proactively assisting their customers with a genuine attitude - which was refreshing to witness. The store itself was clean and clutter-free. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. The fact that Lenn was so helpful and wentertainment above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly how to fix the issue and what to do if that didn't work. THANK YOU FOR TRAINING YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY!!

Not just another big box store, the folks here really seemed concerned about helping you to find what you need. If you are looking for a home appliance, ask for Constance, she will not steer you wrong, and really knows her stuff. All of the folks I have encountered at this store have always been polite and helpful. If anything, they might be stretched a bit thin, but maybe that means they are busy and business is good. I would recommend this store over others in this chain based on their customer service excellence.

I made an appliance purchase at this store.. I recommend seeing Dennis Taylor for all your appliance needs!! He goes above and beyond to help you be informed and happy about your purchase!! We went in there with a washer and dryer in mind and ended up spending $300 more per appliance because of all his help!!

Pro Desk Riccardo was very professional had everything I needed at a moments notice from when I called and place my order to pick was ready in well under an hour and 30 mins , Him and his staff made sure that I had all that I requested to include thanking me for choosing to shop at Home depot. I would like to see more quality employee's at home depot like him, Thank you Home Depot.

Not bad but a bad experience just happened. So beware we purchasing products they don’t have in store that will have to ship to you once you buy them in store. I purchased a washer and dryer from the Home Depot on February 17th and when I did the manufacture had 18 available of each washer and dryer. However fast forward to February 27th the manufacture short shipped my order. (which XPO will not deliver partial orders) I call the Home Depot customer care and they tell me the manufacture has 15 washers available and they will get my problem fixed with in 24 to 48 hours. Now fast forward to March 1 and I have yet to get a phone call from anyone on this matter so I contact the manufacture personally since Home Depot customer care can not rectify the situation. I talk to the manufacture and they tell me that had I called them the 27th of February they could have fixed this issue. Now I have to wait till March 13th ( if I am lucky and everything goes well) XPO is supposed to deliver my washer and dryer that I bought on the 17th of February. I also asked the manufacture if they could compensate me for the in convenience and they blamed Home Depot for the break down of communication and told me that they could do nothing for me. Home Depot customer care totally lied to me about talking to the manufacture on the 27th of February.. ( which according to the manufacture if they would have I would already have my washer and dryer).

This store I rate a 5!! I have been in many times and even when its busy. The associates are the ones that are amazing and so helpful and down to earth. I have my favorites I admit. Kris at returns, Alyssa in flooring, Dennis and Kat. There are more but I can't remember all their names .. I highly recommend the Ogden Home Depot to shop

This store has been very good for me! I have had continually good and courteous service for years. I don't think there has ever been a time I couldn't find what I was looking for. If you ever need help understanding and picking a washer and dryer, be sure to see Dennis T.,in appliances.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, quick and easy shopping, especially with online pickups.

We bought an electric fireplace at the Ogden Home Depot. The staff were very helpful, stopped what they were doing to help us, showed us more products in a different location than we found on our own, and gave us a $20 discount to buy the floor model display unit. Overall, they were very helpful and friendly. We would both recommend this store.

Hello, to those looking for appliances. See a gentleman named Dennis Taylor, an appliance specialist at Home Depot in Ogden. An easy person to speak with, and what he tells you is right to the point of your interests about appliances. He saved me a lot of time and expense. He has the correct answers to your individual questions. He did with me anyway, which suggests he'll do the same with you. I compared the shopping experience with one I had at a store that sold Kenmore dishwashers. I was very satisfied with what Dennis told me. I got me a Samsung one that I look forward to stacking dishes in.

I love this Home Depot location. The employees are friendly, very helpful and really do make my life a lot easier.

I had one of the best experiences in my life with an associate at the Ogden store, my fridge had gone out and I had went down the day before to order a new one. Well I decided that I wanted a different color so I went back the next day and asked if I could get the different color, the associate that helped me made me feel so very comfortable in the fact that I had changed my mind. He went out of his way to make my experience a great one. Thank You and I will be shopping there for all my home improvements.
