Very knowledgeable staff good experence i got just what I needed I will return to the store

I had a great experience at this home depot when I was shopping for window blinds for the house I had just bought. I had never bought blinds before and Betsy was there and pretty knowledgeable about how to buy the blinds by the width of the window.

So I had arrived not knowing I needed my receipt for exchanging my Razor-Back which had developed some premature signs of giving up. I was informed of needing my receipt for this as it was part of policy for this brand. However, after doing some thinking as to what to do about this and my not being sure where I had stashed it at home, the associate (Rebecca @ Fons RD Olympia) at the customer service desk said she could instead give me an in-store credit for the value of a new shovel and by so doing I could acquire another. This made the otherwise fruitless trip very worth it!

I always have great service when I'm ther. everyone is always asking if I need help or need assistance which I really like because sometimes I do need assistance.

Great store for all home improvement needs with very helpful associates! Keep up the good work!!

Home Depot has always been a great store. They have products I need and prices are reasonable. Associates are very helpful when needed. I never have to wait in line. Self Check out is great.

Purchased item. It fell apart when I got it home. Returned item. Was in the return line when customer service called me over to do my return. Another customer went to the customer service desk and was waited on before me. In the meantime, two people had went through the return line before customer service helped me. I would recommend when returning something, stay in that line.

One kitchen cabinet was covered in rat/mouse feces and the second cabinet had feces on the top of teh box. Store needs pest control badly.

My local store is always clean, the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that but its never to crowded. I like the smell and feel of being there!

Walked in, was ask if I was looking for a specific Item, said yes. Was walk to the 3 products, picked up, the walked to check out. Done, in and out 12 minutes.

This is a great Home Depot to shop at. The employees are always very helpful and they seem to know where things are and what you need for projects.

The store was clean and organized and I was able to find everything I needed easily. The staff provided the best customer service as well.

The parking lot was clean, the store was easy to enter. The motorized scooters were charged and ready to go. I was able to find all that I was looking for and the overall experience was very pleasant, especially Rebecca the checkout gal, she was so nice and friendly.

We were unsure where to find our items, but the sales associates guided us with friendliness, information, and smiles!

I was running late and stopped by HomeDepot to grab a new chain, bar oil and 2 cycle oil for my chainsaw. Just as I walked in the door an associate greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance and I told her "Yes, I'm in a huge hurry where are your chainsaw supplies". She dropped what she was doing, said follow me and led me right to them and asked if I needed anything else. I thanked her and said this was all I needed, grabbed what I was after and headed for check-out. There was no line at check-out and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes... 100% Satisfaction!

The store employees are friendly and helpful. The store was very organized and clean. Items were easy to find.

I am a 72 year old woman who just bought her first house! It's never too late! Being a new homeowner not well educated in those things necessary to the upkeep of a home (I can't call the landlord), I go to Home Depot. I find the items necessary for the upkeep and those things I seek to bring a little TLC to my new home. I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and I always have a good experience.

I had several unique requests with challenging projects, and the associate was not only helpful, but a great problem solver! He went the extra mile to insure I'd have everything I'd need to complete my project!

All store associates that I came across were busy helping other customer. Having some more associates on the weekends would be about the only thing I could imagine that would improve the store.

Mike M, a "Pro Loader" saw me unlading lumber to return. He RUSHED out to help, then he asked if I was going to purchase different lumber. I told him I was. Mike asked if I knew what I needed, then made a list and when my return was complete, my lumber and hardware were waiting for me on a cart, and Jacob was ready and willing to custom cut for me.. In my opinion, the staff of this Home Depot are the best I have found. I have shopped in Home Depot in many different locations and states. This store Is my favorite, I only wish it was the one closest to my home..

I went to the store to buy outlet boxes and outlets. I went to the electrical section and was able to find the electrical boxes but not the outlets. I went through the electrical section a number of times thinking I must have missed them. I finally gave up and went to find a associate. He told me they are in the back corner of the store. I can't believe any manager would approve the layout the way it is in this store.

I had to ask three different store associates about three different item locations and they were all on point. It was really helpfull due to the fact that my wife and I were in a rush.

Cassie helped me with my purchase and explained how purchasing flooring installation worked. She was very knowledgeable and gave me answers to questions I had not even thought of.

The associate spent a lot of time on the phone checking the other store to see that they had a washing machine in stock.

Even though the product I was looking for was in a completely different area from the other light bulbs, Jeff Hines not only knew what I was looking for, he knew exactly where it was.

Store was well kept and associates were helpful. However, they were few in number at certain times.
