easy to find product excellent customer service. iwould recomend this store if you need help with any product

Customer service was helpful when the store down the street was very rude stating they couldn't return even with a receipt and all parts.

I had visitied this store two days before, so finding things was fairly easy.

I have to write 50 characters in this field? That is so annoying. I should be allowed to write however many I want.

From start to finish, my wife and I had a great experience in the purchase of our kitchen granite countertop. The process of purchase and coordination with Arizona Tile (where we picked out our granite) and with Block Tops (who installed the granite) was very good and well organized. It took only one day to have the countertop installed. Block Top workers were very interested in and had pride in the work they completed. The Home Depot sales associate was very helpful in walking us through the steps in getting the kitchen countertop installed.

We come to this store often to get things for the house and gardening. Even when we get things wrong, it is easy to return the items and get the correct ones. There are an adequate number of associates to help without being swarmed with people when you don't need any. Often, we are just looking and working out projects and need the time and space to do that. When we need help, we are able to find it.

The Employee at the Service Desk that has paw prints on her apron is AWESOME!!!!! She is always helpful & I never have a problem ordering anything online. If it's not in store she goes out of her way to look it up online! Great Customer Service!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

While this location is not the closest Home Depot to our home, we were happy to drop in there while we were out. Found helpful people and the products we needed to get our to do list a little closer to done.

Home projects during the weekend. If I need wood materials for a home project, I check the cull lumber. For example, 2x4x8 size I don't need 8ft, I need 2ft and normally found in the cull lumber bin. The price is great and I'm not wasting tree either. In fact, I'm using a left-over.

Leea at the Customer Service desk was AWESOME. We needed help with a couple of things - including an on-line order. Customer Service was slammed, there were phones ringing off the hook, people were unhappy with lines and other things. Leea took it all in stride and treated us like gold. Thanks Leea!!

i use this Home depot for work. Quite a bit. Never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been super friendly

Craig H. in the Door and Window department (in The Orange Store on Katella) helped me quickly replace a broken (I broke it) JenWeld window glass panel. He took the time to research my old order data, recovered the exact replacement window panel size, and ordered an EXACT replacement. It came in about 7-8 days like he promised, and I it installed in a snap. I got quotes to do the same job from a glass guy who does residential work, $325. I did the work. The window just slipped in the old space, snapped the retainers, and I was done. I spent $113. That Craig is the 'Go To Guy'! Clone him!

Craig is an incredible brand ambassador. It was his knowledge, service and willingness to go above and beyond expectations that made my experience so wonderful. He helped me pick my grill, helped load it up...and made sure we had everything we needed to go with it. I am very thankful he was there...and you should be too. He turned this browsing potential customer into a $542 sale. Exceptional performance. Thank you!

I had to return a big online order 3 differnt orders to be honest. the store assc that help me with my return was very helpfull, knowlegable and understanding even though it took some time to get it all done. I also picked up an online order at the same time no hassel at all Thank you very much

Just want to say that I was blown away by how helpful everyone at this location was when I came in with my family. LeRoy was patient, understanding, upbeat and an amazing problem solver. His manager Pedro was helpful, quick, and honest. I highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service and for being clean and well organized.

I have seen a great improvement in the helpfulness and courteousness of the staff in recent years after having been shopping here for the last 20 years. greater availability in the items that once only contractors could get, now the regular do it yourselfer has access.

Every time I thought of a questions I needed answered I could always find an associate near by to ask. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The products I was looking for were easy to locate.

Our Associate was very knowable and helpful and took our kitchen measurements and reconfigured our kitchen to a more functional one. He looked for ways to save us the most money and yet gave us a great designed kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come.
