I recently spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to resolve an issue with an order I was attempting to cancel. I had ordered a part, online, prior to the store opening for business. I needed the part ASAP and I, mistakenly, figured it would be ready for pick-up quicker. The part was in-stock, but for some reason they flagged it as a special-order item and outsource it for delivery. That did not meet the ASAP situation. I called Customer Service # and was connected to the automated system, that cannot reason outside its typical parameters. I selected the chat system and that turned out to be a bigger nightmare. When I did get, finally, connected with a warm body I could barely understand their heavy accent and tried to cancel the order, to no avail. I could not get the item cancelled so I just went to the store and bought, what was supposed, to be a special-order, off the shelf. I later received multiple texts, repeatedly asking how can we assist you. I kept telling them no and there was nothing they could help me with. Unfortunately, I was not too pleasant towards the third or fourth text asking and was rather rude. If you are going to have Customer Service have one that is responsive and communicable with customers, not jump through 20 questions only to finally connected with someone that is hard to understand.

Never go in to that store with a Home Depot gift card they will not help you at all. The manager wouldn’t even enter the gift card manually even when I showed him proof of purchase. I went to another Home Depot and I was able to use it right away. Roberto definitely needs more training. I’m definitely putting in a formal complain.

I've noticed that lately the employees attitude is more friendly and helpful. They have been going out of their way to ask if I found everything I needed. I really appreciate that and it makes me feel good.

I runa small business where I will rvustom make window screens. This location is the only one where the screen repair section with all of the necessary equipment and tools is organized .Not only is it organized it is easy to navigate. I was able to take the kits necessary and leave the isle in less than 2 minutes with how easy it was to find everything . The only reason why I am writing this review is because it was such a refreshing experience to see such organization in an area that normally looks a mess in any Home Depot this be included.

I wanted to exchange a 2pack ryobi batteries that were defective, at the return counter an old lady named Margie or mar-something asked me to go to hardware and bring a new pack to exchange and she called Ron in hardware while I was with Ron looking for the batteries and told Ron not to help because I didn’t have a receipt. Ron immediately said “you have to pay for the new batteries because we won’t exchange them. I asked him to call the manager, instead he was paging overhead for LP (loss pervnentonó) and he was telling me that he and Mar-whatever her ***trace name was should be policing the merchandise. Two most stupid HD associates I’ve ever seen.

Monica cashier was amazing, lowered down the line, and help us get our military discount. Amazing customer satisfaction and also Roberto helped me in customer service. Mildred also helped direct the line flawlessly.

Juanito was extremely helpful a couple months back helping us decide on kitchen cabinet colors. We lost the receipt and then when we found it, it had expired. So I'm making sure to include every interaction with the paint department in this review. We have been there multiple times and every time Juanito is there we feel confident in what we buy. He is very helpful.

GREAT STORE. PRODUCTS I NEEDED AVAILABLE

Because Home Depot changed its policy on how a veteran can get their discount, one must now have and know how to use a smartphone. Unlike other businesses, Home Depot no longer accepts a CA Driver's License or a VA ID card as proof of being a Veteran.

Needed a forklift operator to load concrete. Guy had and attitude and asked me why I had not taken the concrete from inside the store instead of the loading dock. these bags are heavy 90 lbs. and a two man lift according to OSHA Safety standards. So why am I going to bend over and lift 90 lbs bags with my back in an aisle where I can go to the dock and use a proper lift technique instead. Lifting using my legs. I needed a fork lift because the pallets were stacked three high.

This store has some Rockstar employees! From David & CJ in garden to Jaime & Joe in hardware. I have visited these departments multiple times and everytime these employees went above and beyond greeting me, asking me if I needed anything, answering my questions on DIY projects or my plants.
