There was an awesome employee named "Elias" that helped me with every step of my shopping experience. I have never seen such great customer service at this store and he should be commended. He helped me with opening my credit line, getting all the items in my list to complete my project, checking out my items, renting a truck to transport my items, and loading everything in the truck for me. This was excellent service on his part! He made what I felt was a massive project to shop for a very smooth and effortless experience. Thanks a bunch!!

The customer service I receive every time I go is great

I bought a bundle of paper towel and door lock For the amount of $77.49. At the time of purchase 12:26 pm on 11/25/20 I showed the cashier Lisa My military ID for the discount, unfortunately she Did not apply it to the purchase, and I did not Check the receipt. On or about 2:40 pm on 11/28/20 I went back to the customer service and trying to Rectify the error Lisa made, but the clerk named Mariah was rude telling me to return the item, I told Her Paper was used and door lock was installed She was very inconsiderate and does not want to Listen to my explanation.

Great location and excellent customer service. If you ever encounter any issues please speak with Brandon who is a wonderful supervisor. My daughter and I have taken to shopping at Home Depot rather than the mall...love it!!!! Great prices and great inventory.

Nayeli, garden cashier, was really nice and attentive! She made sure I got my hose reel after I accidentally left it at her register. She grabbed another associate and had them bring it to me car as I was loading. Very kind of them!

The store are absolutely neatly arrange and so easy to find the materials and parts that i need. You have a very professional staff that assist me in getting my parts and materials for my projects. Really great store with a full stock of items. I've never been there that an item had run out. The store is always clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly. But my absolute favorite part is that their curbside pickup is the best in San Diego.

I went to this store found everything I needed in stock for my kitchen so it can be finished being remodeled. The store was not crowded and I got great customer service from the cashier (Fabiola) she was nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with my question and always smiling. I hope to run into her again.

This store has personnel that are all very helpful and friendly and efficient. What more could a customer need? They even gave me a 10% discount just because I am a retired military! Thanks Home Depot,you made my day!!!

Having taught “Excellence in Customer Service” classes for the Federal Government, the 2 employees (Andrew and Angel) I interacted with were genuinely eager to help, very friendly and professional at the same time. It’s little acts like this which truly count and produce loyal customers. Training, training, training! Manager at this store is doing something right :)

GARDEN STAFF: THANK YOU Joey, Sara, & Octavio! We super appreciated the care we received for "stage 1" of our landscaping beautification project! It means so much that you took the time to be personable, friendly, professional, & understanding for our gardening needs. Especially during this COVID-19 season, we didn't know what to expect in customer service. It could've been a stressful time with the project timeframes we are working with, BUT you made sure we left so happy! From helping us with finding that specific plant to preparing our (4) flatbeds worth of beautiful selections, your teamwork, along with thanks to David, Kristina, & Oliver, you made our project planning so much more enjoyable. 2 females accusing me of being disrespectful ??? 1 told me to stop talking to her I think she was a supervisor ???? These employees need to go home Depot doesn't need employees like them I love home Depot but when you is being accused of something you didn't do that changes everything about home depot.

A clean store and helpful staff.

This location can get busy but it’s ok because the associates are quick at checkout especially one that made me laugh while she helped me. Look for Rozie, she’s awesome!

They are my go to store. It is very close to me. I am a regular customer . some of them are aware of the things I have been working in the years past.
