Customer service in this store is always amazing!

Great location and great employees

I really love coming to this store it is never overly crowded and they normally have what I need and am looking for and if they don't they are very helpful in ordering it for you. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Poor customer service

We received quick and friendly assistance. The store was in great shape and we found everything quickly.

customer service need to follow up with customers. When I request assistance, a Customer Service told me I will get you some one here to assist you and never came.

The associate in mill working was helpful and provided us with excellent customer care. We will be back to schedule more installations.

This is where you need to shop.. no need to look elsewhere. They truly provide excellent service and will do what ever it takes to assist you.

Oveido FL location Went in to exchange a dishwasher received on Wednesday and left dissapointed. The adjoining drawer on the side counter would not clear the handle of this model, so we wanted to exchange it for another Kitchenaid dishwasher with a flat or low profile front. This was not possible according to management. Apparently you only have a 48 hour window. Since this is a remodel of a property we do not live in we were not present for the delivery but we did call the following day when our contractor made us aware of the issue. The manager at this store was unable to help and I was charged a restocking fee of 15% even though we called on thursday and friday leaving messages for our salesperson. I did not purchase the dishwasher that I otherwise would have exchanged this one for. Also we cancelled the purchase of the stove which had not been delivered yet. We purchased over $6,377 worth of appliances here and are very dissapointed with the lack of customer service and lack of customer appreciation.

The store was clean and found what I was looking for easily. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Enjoy my shopping at the Oviedo, Fl Home Depot.

We went to purchase a large item. We first spoke to Megan in customer service. We needed her help in applying for the credit card for the store to get a discount and make the purchase. She was amazing. She walked us through it, and when the exact model was discovered discontinued, she called the best in that department and he (Mike), who was also amazing, so he could not only work a deal for a product a step above what we came for, but who also gave us an added discount! They both walked us through all we needed to know to insure we left with confidence in the product and knowledge we needed to maintain it, but confidence we were backed by their store. Amazing representatives there. The store is super busy, but I would recommend it and be patient with the reps, theyre sometimes pulled in 4 directions at once trying to help everyone. Its a great store.

Even though this location is a little farther than another one, we always choose oviedo because the employees are so helpful and friendly.

The personnel at this store have always been very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. I call them the "Publix" of home improvement stores.......the customer oriented personnel are outstanding. I have always found what I was looking for and rarely am I disappointed when looking for an item.

Empolyees are very well informed in the areas, store is very well set and packed of items. Is very accesible and have geat prices.

Excellent customer service rep greeted me when I arrived was super professional and knowledgeable didn't have to wait long made sure a employee arrived to load my truck with the mulch that I purchased!

If you can't find it look for an associate and they will assist until the item is in your hand.
