My experience in the store was great. I didn't have to wait long to be helped. the Associate was very helpful and friendly. took time to find someone familiar with my purchase to look over it to make sure that all items listed was needed and the correct ones.

i have had a recent back injury and two associates helped my get my items and carried them to the register and checked the items out and then loaded them into my truck

The store was clean, and products easy to locate. Associates were also very helpful in our shopping experience at the branch located in Oxford, Ms.

Decided to start a little spring project in my backyard and after cleaning away winter leaves and old plants, decided to make focal area in the back of my lot with an Asian flair. I went tom Home Depot looking for two Japanese lace leaf maples with some size to them and they had just what i was looking for. They had a great selection from which to choose from and the associates were very helpful in assisting me with picking the exact ones for my project and helping me with the background plants needed to finish the look. The selection was great and was able to purchase everything needed for my project. Being spring, I expected to wait a while in line due to the amount of customers in the garden center but the wait was not as long as i anticipated. everyone was very friendly, helpful, and assisted me in loading my plants and soil conditioner. I was very pleased with this experience.

The store was very clean & the items that I was looking for during this visit were readily available. The customer service I received during this visit was also excellent I needed some help in rewiring a lamp that I had purchased earlier from a previous visit to this same Home Depot & Mr. John Mayoral helped me with this task.

The store was very clean and the store personal was very nice and helpful and knew the products that I was shopping for.

was pleasently suprised today when I went to the oxford store. i was in the electrical department and needed a little help and a young college student walked by and ask if he could helo, he stated it was not his normal department but would try and help. He helped get everything I needed and got me on my way quickly.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find by using the mobile app on my smartphone. I was very pleased to discover how helpful the mobile app was in locating the merchandise.

I visit the Home Depot in Oxford 4-5 times a week. The staff is always helpful and very friendly!

In a rush for a birthday dinner, I was in need of a new stove. NOW. I arrived at the store and was out and only wait moments to get it placed in my vehicle after checking out. Thank you Jason for making a bad morning turn into a great day!

We went to this store after me and my wife both looked on the app and the website for a toolbox for me so that I could stop having tools all over the house. We found one we wanted to purchase and it even gave us the isle and bin number for it in the store so that we located it inside the store within seconds. The problem was that the only one left was on the very top in the fenced in area. Me and my wife spent about 45 minutes walking around and trying to find someone to get it down before we finally talked to someone that actually got on the intercom and called for a person to bring the lift in order to get it down. Now once they were there they were very helpful and everything but it was ridiculous that it took so long and so much effort to get that far. Especially with our 4 year old son impatiently waiting with us. Everything else was great but you seriously need more employees that are willing to help, that go through with what they say they'll do (we had at LEAST 7 tell us they would "go find someone" but they obviously didn't), and obviously there should be more than ONE person that can operate the lift. It was ridiculous and very irritating.

Usually buying paint at any store is a pain. I purchased 5 different colors along with ceiling paint and brushes and rollers. The girl mixing the paint was very fast about getting what I needed and friendly during the whole process. Usually I have to wait an hour just to get paint mixed but she did it all within 15 minutes. Very satisfied with my paint buying experience today!

I was so unhappy with a prior purchase. It wasn't at all what I wanted and I was already having problems. I returned to the store today in hopes of a solution but also expecting a fight to the death with management. Mr Hall actually listened to my complaints and he went well above and beyond in his efforts to make sure I was completely satisfied. Over the years I have gotten rather jaded in dealing with any sales personnel....they make it seem as though I want something for nothing. Not true, I just want a good reliable product and I will pay for that. But, if I let myself settle for something that does not make me happy, then I am dissatisfied with myself, the product, the associate, the store and on and on. Because of my experience with Mr Hall, I left the store with a smile on my face and the knowledge that my needs as a Home Depot customer matter. Thank You, Mr Hall

Wonderful Experience at Home Depot. Clean store, A great variety of products to choose from. Friendly & Helpful staff. Didn't have to track someone down for help for them to say not my department. Well worth the drive for me and my family.

The store is clean and well stocked with a helpful, friendly staff. Roy in lighting fixtures and Jade at Self Check Out were each helpful and friendly.

The two ladies who helped me purchase a dishwasher were very helpful. They were nice and know a great deal about what I was buying. They completed the paperwork in a very timely manner.

My freezer went out during the Christmas holidays. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new freezer as soon as possible. Working with a store associate, I selected a freezer to meet our needs and learned that in-home delivery was possible with on-line orders. The freezer was delivered and set up to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the entire process.

I found what I was looking for with little effort, due to the store's layout. Several associates asked me if I needed assistance. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

I can not express how much I appreciate John in the lighting department. I came in to buy supplies to build my daughter a lighted mirror for her dressing table. John said he would be willing to help me with this project. Well, help is not what he did! He buit an unbelievable lighted mirror for me and I just watched in amazement. He was extremely patient and worked on the project for 5 hours. He did an excellent job! I can not thank him enough!!!!

Home Depot is changing out various lighting vendors and types of fixtures. I found some great bargains on track lighting (I know, I'm stuck in the '70s) .... even scored some LED fixtures for 75% off

This store provide you with great service and their prices are very reasonable so you will return to this store. They also have everything you need and the associates there are very helpful and friendly to their customers.
