As I stated in my survey report. The forsight that the store had by breing in a large supply of face masks to help reduce the amount of smoke inhalation from the Thomas Fire was greatly appreciated.

Store was great since the moment I walked in I had employees ask me various times if I need help to find something. I felt very welcomed

The female store manager, and Juan, working the Pro Desk were OUTSTANDING at solving one of Depot's biggest limitations, that is ordering at one store for a pick up at another.. I need to do this at least 1x a year and it is frustrating for me AND the employees trying to work with an antiquated system. Anyway, Juan made me feel like my business was important to him and he worked through multiple Depot software limitations to solve my problem..

The Oxnard store seems to be larger and have more stock than the store in Goleta. Consequently sometimes it's a bit more crowded.

If you need help in electrical, talk to Brad Johnson at the Oxnard store or Nina Camacho at the Camarillo store.

The associate at the garden cashier are friendly and smile and helpful.

For the most this store services all my home needs, however it would be nice to find more employees in the Garden Department.

Store associates were easy to find and very helpful. There was a good variety of products to choose from and a floor associate helped me find the right carpeting I was looking for. I had been to a competitor's store prior and could not find what I was looking for and had a hard time finding an employee to ask for assistance. Home Depot came through again.

Seems as if there is more employees and better customer service. Good things are happening keep it going.

If you need a door, prepare to wait 30 mins before receiving help. Stay away from an employee named Tom, he'll only put you in a bad mood by telling you to go find someone else to help you. Allyson in the Kitchen Dept was the only friendly employee I encountered who took time to answer questions.

Love this store and the employees are always knowledgeable and willing to help.

I've found that the employees at Home Depot are more available and don't hide from you like at Lowes. I always need help because I'm not fluent in handyman type jobs.

I think the store should have people retrieve carts and buggys from the parking lot on a periodic basis. It seems like when people use the carts to transport items to their vehicle, they just leave the carts in the parking lot rather than return them to the entrance. I needed a cart and had to hunt for one and finally went outside to retrieve one for use. I returned it to the garden entrance.

Frank helped me find the right power tool I was looking for. He was very courteous and professional. TOP NOTCH customer service with a big smile. Thank you Frank!!

Our clerk Abe was very pleasant and even helped us get a home depot credit card. The store is very nice, clean and we always can find someone to help us. Thank you.

I recently purchased a lawn mower after looking at the reviews online for the best product. I was then happy to see Home Depot carried that lawn mower at the best price overall. I called the store to see if the product was available. It was not but they gave me the store location I could pick up one right away. I'm always satisfied with Home Depot's accommodations. My personal DIY Center overall!
